Physical education is more and more valued by the state.The integration of sports games into middle school physical education has a positive effect on physical education.First,this article summarizes the theoretical research on sports games from the aspects of the origin and development of sports games,concepts,definitions,characteristics,and classification.Then,from the four aspects of games in the field of physical education teaching,the use of sports games,the impact of sports games on health education,and the effects of sports games on sports technical skills,this article summarizes domestic research on sports games and summarizes the beauty of the United States.Research status of sports games in China,Japan and Britain.Finally,this article takes 9 Ganzhou junior high schools in Ganxian Middle School,Bailu Middle School,Tiancun Middle School,Shefu Middle School,Xingguo Middle School,Qijiang Middle School,Zhangyuan Middle School,Wenying Middle School,and Butou Middle School as objects.Investigate and analyze the role and development of games in physical education,summarize the factors that affect the development of sports games and the basic guidelines for the use of sports games,and put forward the use of sports games and the suggestions for promoting the use of sports games.The main conclusions are as follows:1)Sports games have the positive effects of effectively assisting physical education classroom teaching,simplifying complex skills,activating classroom atmosphere,and mobilizing students to participate in physical education courses.Data analysis shows that sports games can better promote the implementation of teaching purposes,and have a significant improvement and promotion of students'physical and mental health,growth and development,and physical fitness,especially the mental health and social abilities of middle school students in adolescence.effect.2)All teachers interviewed will use sports games in physical education classes,and the frequency of use can be basically guaranteed.According to the one-way analysis of variance of the questionnaire data,it can be seen that students mainly like sports games with fun puzzles and team confrontations,show high interest in sports games organized in groups and groups,and are more interested in throwing and jumping games.For preference;most of the sports teachers in Ganzhou use sports games for less than 20 minutes,and students want to increase the time of sports games.86%of students have a high degree of participation in sports games.The main purpose of students participating in sports games is to exercise and enjoy themselves.Mood and promote dating.3)Most schools in Ganzhou City do not pay enough attention to sports games.More than 50%of the schools lacked venues and equipment due to funding problems.None of the 9 middle schools interviewed had indoor sports venues,and related teaching and sports games were restricted;80.4%of the interviewed teachers lacked communication activities and training in sports games,which led to a single organizational form and content of sports games.Only 4%of the students interviewed rejected sports games.Sports games are of high interest,and sports games greatly promote self-expression of students with more introverts.4)Pay attention to the following points in the use of sports games.The first is the use of sports games,which should strictly follow the five principles of education,pertinence,innovation,adapting to local conditions,and gradual progress;the second is to grasp the timing of sports games,should be used to make up when the facilities are limited,and student participation Use games to stimulate interest at low times,use games to be active when the classroom atmosphere is tedious,and use games to relieve fatigue at the end of the lesson.The third is the selection of sports games.Limit the characteristics and advantages of sports games.Fourth,in the creation of sports games,you need to work hard on game content selection,sports game situation settings,and natural resource utilization based on the timing to give full play to students' imagination,increase the fun of the classroom,and ensure the game Content availability and student safety.Fifth,in the organization of sports games,it is necessary to choose a suitable game organization method,do a good job of explanation and demonstration,provide guidance in a timely manner,do a good job of the game summary,and effectively play the role of sports games.
