| Game is one of the means of sports activities and an important part of physical education.Sports game is a branch of the game,and it is a favorite sports activity for students.Sports games can promote students’ understanding of nature,society and others,and have a positive impact on improving the level of individual intellectual development and cultivating good personality psychological quality.Therefore,sports games are an important means to implement school physical education curriculum and teaching objectives.In sports games,students can devote themselves wholeheartedly to experiencing all kinds of plot changes,that is to say,they can exercise the energy-regulating ability of students’ emotions,and improve their enthusiasm for learning and the quality of learning.Therefore,sports games play a very important role in promoting the development of students.In order to optimize the primary school physical education teaching,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,two classes were randomly selected in the sixth grade of Guangming Primary School for the comparative study of teaching experiments.The experimental group highlighted the strengthening of sports games teaching,while the control group followed the traditional sports teaching mode.Through a semester’s teaching experiment,this paper makes a comparative analysis of students’ physical fitness,sports learning interest level and emotional experience.The results showed that:(1)After the experiment,the average values of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group on 50 m running,standing long jump,sitting forward bend and 1 minute rope skipping,and there were significant differences in sitting forward bend and 1 minute rope skipping(P < 0.05).(2)After the experiment,the average value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in sports participation,learning enthusiasm and concern,and the average value of the negative experimental group was lower than that of the control group.There were significant differences in the three dimensions of sports participation,learning enthusiasm and learning negativity(P < 0.05).(3)After the experiment,the average of positive emotions in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the average of negative emotions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.The difference of positive emotions was significant(P < 0.01),and the difference of negative emotions was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The experimental group’s strengthened sports gameteaching is superior to the control group’s traditional teaching method in improving pupils’ physical quality.(2)Strengthened sports game teaching in the experimental group is superior to the traditional teaching method of the control group in improving pupils’ interest in sports learning.(3)The experimental group’s intensive sports game teaching is superior to the control group’s traditional teaching method in promoting pupils’ emotional experience.Suggestions:(1)to highlight the situation.In the sports game class,the teacher must according to the study goal,the teaching material characteristic and the student reality condition,the science creation education scene,lets the student make progress unceasingly in the joyful exercise.In the game classroom,the teacher should pay attention to the arrangement of the game is active and competitive,and according to the students’ age characteristics and preferences to exercise.(2)pay attention to science.In the sports games class,scientific planning and organization should be carried out according to the course objectives to ensure that every student can participate in it.In the game,to often carry out some collective games,cultivate students’ team spirit and collective sense of honor,promote the feelings between students.(3)be entertaining.Although the teaching of sports games is not all for entertainment,entertainment is an indispensable factor in sports games.The addition of game elements in physical education can make the originally boring sports skill practice become full of interest,maximize the enthusiasm of students in learning,and make learning become interesting.Students can keep this state for a long time without being bored.(4)to ensure security.In the sports teaching to make safety their first priority,always belong to the competition sports sports games,there are certain physical confrontation and the intense degree,students enthusiasm is aroused,eager to win the game physiology,safety consciousness will be behind them at this moment,in the process of the game often some unexpected happens,it has strict requirements on teachers,teachers should do well the preparation work before the game,nip in the bud. |
