Home-school cooperation has always been a hot topic.In recent years,more and more researchers have paid attention to the home-school cooperation and the home-school cooperation,and have made some achievements.Primary school is an important stage of students’ physical and mental development,as well as a critical period of personality formation.School education needs the support of family education,and family education needs the guidance of school education.How families and schools interact with each other,or in what mode of participation can be the most effective to promote students’ learning and life is particularly important.Based on this,the author takes the home-school co-education model of Y primary school as the research subject,and takes the fourth and fifth grade students of Y primary school as th e research object,and mainly adopts the case study method,in-depth interview method and lit erature research method.Specific research in the following aspects: first,the author through th e Y primary school leaders,teachers formal or informal interview summarized the primary sc hool family education model exploration process.Then,the operation process of the family-sc hool co-education model of Y primary school was sorted out.Specifically,scientific planning included the work of parents’ school into the overall school planning,systematic training took the promotion of parents’ scientific child-rearing method as the teaching focus,and carefully o rganized the family-school interaction activities into the moral education work.Secondly,the basic characteristics of the "one,two,three,four" family education model of Y primary schoo l were summarized according to the exploration and operation process of the model.This part "one" is a set of mechanism guaranteed by organization and system;"Two" is to build two tea ms based on Y school and Y school’s parent school."Three" is to build the school committee,family education leading group and school leadership as the core of the three organizational n etworks;"Four" to promote civilization,harmony,understanding,learning oriented four famil y activities.Again,through to the school teachers,parents,interviews and observations Y ele mentary school in grade four or five students produced results brought by the home school pro duced model,summarized in women mode of the three major problems yet to be deepened,including the lack of the guidance of the relevant administrative departments of education,wom en in practice there is a deviation between family and parents to participate in home school pr oduced time is limited.Finally,in view of the problems that exist in the home school produce d Y elementary school,from strengthening the school produced the theory and practice guida nce,set up home school equality parent-school trust foundation,scientific planning,to establis h a three-dimensional guidance network three aspects put forward the optimization strategy,i n order to achieve parent-school produced in theory,conceptual,communication in harmony t o provide operational strategy.This study tries to change the phenomenon of "nominal existence" in the model of home-school co-education in primary schools,and make the model come true.In addition,we try our best to make the home-school education targeted at the parents of each group,so as to enhance the benign interaction between teachers and parents,create a harmonious education environment,improve the quality of education,and promote the healthy growth of students.
