As education,the democracy and openness,a wave of families started to pay attention to helping children grow up.They are keen to have more entitlements to knowledge and carry out in schools,so that they can deeply increase their understanding or participation in the school's regular education and teaching activities and daily management work,Which will establish a new model of family and school co-education.The more important thing is that will provide a good surroundings for students to grow and become talents.The active participation of the parents is not only the starting point for the home-school collaboration,but also the guidance for the exertion of both group.It is necessary ingredient of the co-action.This fact-finding begins from the viewpoint of the mom and dad,who involved in the coordination.It examines and analyzes the origin for the Positive enthusiasm of parent,Aiming at the reasons obtained by the analysis,give full play to the professional qualities and professional abilities of the school and teachers.Then propose specific and feasible solutions to assist parents in solving the puzzles and difficulties encountered in the actual participation process,which will promote the further evolution of collaboration.Author's questionnaire refers to the questionnaire on parents' participation in home-school cooperation written by Zhang Jianwei and other people.Meanwhile,it combines the actual status of the parents to make the appropriate modifications.It includes three dimensions: emotion,action and cognition.The objects of the author's research mainly include the parents of primary school students in some cities in Shandong.I distributed a total of 1,040 questionnaires with the help of my mentor and friends,and the useful ones are 1021,with a utilization rate of 98.1%.The results show that parents with a diploma below junior high school,parents who do business,parents who earn less than 3,000 yuan a month,and parents whose children are studying in the fourth grade of elementary school,the situation of home-school cooperation is not ideal.The author combined the above-mentioned results and made an educated inference:reasons for parents whose academic qualifications are junior high schools and below having low level of participation in home-school cooperation may be that these parents' education methods are relatively backward to make their behavioral participation levels are low,and they are not confident,or hardly learning to make progress by yourself;reasons for parents whose occupation is in business and service include busy work and low professional status;reasons for parents whose income is 3,000 Yuan or less per month include widespread prejudice in society,low level of educational input,busy parents,lacking of livelihood and lacking of energy to participate.The guardian participation level of the fourth grade elementary school students is not enough.It may be: for example,after the children are 4 years old,their attention is declining,their relationship with the children is not harmonious,and they bear relatively large burdens.Parenting pressure,etc.Once the reasons are found,the corresponding solutions should be put forward one by one: parents with low academic qualifications can improve the level of behavioral participation by updating educational methods,filling themselves with information through their strengths,and improving their learning ability;the author recommends that those engaged in business and Parents in the service industry should actively respond to the teacher's request and establish a home-school synchronization schedule;Families with lower incomes can increase their emotional investment in education,take advantage of the convenience of the Internet,and carry out more online training.Finally,to improve the participation level of fourth-grade parents through the construction of information exchange platforms.
