With the advent of knowledge economy and Internet Age, human knowledge shows a trend of rapid development to people . The rapid development of society's demand for qualified personnel has become an indisputable requirement. Therefore, education which trains talents has become the focus of attention.A good education can not be separated from family, school and community. It requires that the three factors work together. In the phase of primary education, family and school play an important role, so the co-management of family and school is particularly important. Analyzing the factors influencing the cooperation between family and school, I find that the factors which have impact on the intrinsic quality of co-operation can be divided into two aspects: one is teachers, the other is parents.It has been found that home-school co-operation in the combination of urban and rural areas and the quality of parental education are the weak areas of the study. Therefore, this study is based on the combination of urban and rural areas of Tianjin, taking Dongli district as an example.The research aims at improving home-school cooperation level as the starting point, and creating a good educational environment for children. The research is also to trace the main factors that have impacts on home-school co-operation and seek relationships between parentally educational quality and home-school cooperation in the combination of urban and rural areas. The author draws on advanced experience in parent education at home and aboard. We are looking into the reasons for the problem and ways of improving the quality of parent educational, hoping that we can make a valuable contribution in terms of improving the quality of education for parents and shape a better educational environment for children.There are following main discoveries in this research: in home-school co-operation parents' level is lower than teachers' .In the combination of urban and rural areas, parents' educational quality is poor. Parents' educational quality has positively correlation with home-school co-operation.This paper is divided into five parts. In the first part, Preface Introduction indicates the original intention of writing this article and sets out the problems and the significance of this study. What is more, research results have been sorted and important concepts have been definded. In the second part, this article describes the research methods and the overall design of the study. In the third part, based on the research findings and analysis of statistics, this article introduces the basic background of the educational quality for parents and present status level in the combination of urban and rural areas. This part also reveals the present status of home-school co-operation and the correlation analysis and regression analysis in the field of home-school co-operation. In the forth part, the article sums up the identified problems and analyzes the causes on the basis of the research findings and analysis. In the fifth part, as for the reasons and t problems, the article offers the countermeasures as to improve the quality of parental education in the combination of urban and rural areas. In the sixth part, this study is summarized to reflect on the inadequacy of research to indicate the direction of further studies.
