With the in-depth development of the new curriculum reform,the important position of teacher education science research has gradually emerged.Teachers become researchers,not only the way for teachers to develop professionally,but also have extraordinary significance for practical teaching and school development.Educational study of primary school teachers is short of educational study for primary school teachers.Educational study of primary school teachers itself is a complicated and cumbersome task.Especially for primary school teachers with weak research ability and limited environment,there are more or less obstacles in the process of teacher educational study.How to improve the current situation of primary school teachers' educational study is a problem that needs to be solved.This paper mainly includes four parts.The first part of the introduction mainly introduces the basis of the topic selection,literature review,research value,concept definition and so on.The second part is the investigation of the current situation of primary school teachers' education and research.Combined with questionnaires,interviews and other methods,the author analyzes the attitudes of teachers' education research from teachers,the mastery of teachers' educational research knowledge,the achievements and promotion of teachers' education research,the cultivation of teachers' educational research capabilities.The third part is the analysis of the problems and causes in the education study of primary school teachers.It is found that there are mainly problems such as the lack of teachers' educational study attitude,limited knowledge of teachers' educational study,the lacks of promotion and application achievements,the training content is not targeted.Based on the investigation and problem analysis,the main reasons for the unidealization of teacher education research in primary school are analyzed,including teachers do not fully understand the value of educational study,the lack of systematic learning and educational study experience,schools do not fully play duties,schools do not pay enough attention to teacher educational study.The fourth part proposes corresponding improvement strategies from three aspects.Teachers change their educational study concepts and establish correct awareness,strengthen independent learning and integrate educational study,standardize evaluation and reward standard and build a platform for promoting results,create a good research atmosphere.As an inseparable part of the teacher's work,teacher education and research is conducive to improving education and teaching,and can enhance teachers' self-worth and promote school development.This paper aims to provide some suggestions and references for first-line primary school teachers in education and scientific research.
