The Study On The Design Of Internal Teaching Quality Monitoring System In Local University

From the 90s, with the transition from the elite-oriented education to mass-oriented education, the scale of local universities are expanding quickly followed with the prominent conflicts between quantity and quality. The problems concerning quality have already become hot spots that are widely concerned in society. To local universities, it's either a realistic or a theoretical issue concerning both the existence and development of universities. The design and implement of teaching quality monitoring system can produce a various active effect on local university teaching. It is not only the critical part in the management and it's also a critical method to optimize teaching management. Hence, this thesis applied the theories and methodologies relating to systematic theory, cybernetics, information theory to make a comprehensive and tentative study with the method of documentary, survey and comparison about the quality monitoring system in local universities, thus ensuring a stable and effective system of promoting the teaching quality in local universities, to guarantee the consistent development of local universities.
