| Nowadays,there are many kinds of communication bridges,such as telephone,We Chat,QQ,home visit,parent-teacher meeting and so on.However,with the development of modern information technology,We Chat,telephone and so on have gradually become the main way of communication between parents and schools,while the traditional communication mode of parent-teacher meeting has been gradually diluted.In fact,home visit can not only cultivate students’ ability of all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty,but also effectively promote the development of students’ mental health.Therefore,home visit is a necessary means of cooperation between home and school,and can not be replaced.This research mainly uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,selects from the Jinzhou S primary school 4 / 6 grade.223 parents and34 teachers were investigated by questionnaire,and some parents,teachers and teachers were interviewed from home-school cooperation consciousness,rules and regulations,mode,purpose and content,and results.In order to find out the current situation of home-school cooperation in Jinzhou S Primary School,and analyze the results of integrated investigation,this paper summarizes the problems of the cooperation between scientists and schools in Jinzhou City from many aspects such as influencing factors and other factors.First of all,through the current situation of the cooperation between S-scientists and schools,the author summarizes the problems existing in the cooperation: the traditional home visit is ignored in the form of family-school cooperation,and the parents’ association lacks deep-seated communication and discussion.When students have problems,home-school co-operation and parents’ lack of sense of cooperation To make cooperation inefficient.Secondly,aiming at the existing problems,the author analyzes the following aspects: the imperfect home visit system makes the teachers lack enthusiasm,the school is in a dominant position in the relationship between home and school,and the teacher is in the leading position.Parents with busy work lack communication and parents have a vague understanding of home-school cooperation.Last.Through proposing to strengthen the sense of cooperation,improve the family visit system,open a good parent-teacher meeting,give full play to the positive energy of home-school education,promote teachers,parents literacy,form a family-school joint force;The integration of modern network and traditional home-school cooperation can promote the development of S-school cooperation and realize family-school co-education.Aiming at the problems arising from the cooperation between home and school in S primary school,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy,which provides the corresponding theoretical guidance and practical guidance for the work of Jinzhou S primary school,teachers to effectively carry out family visit,parent-teacher meeting and so on.This paper puts forward constructive and instructive significance for the effective development of the cooperation of S small school of scientists. |
