Research On The Status Quo And Optimization Strategies Of Primary School-school Cooperation

The home and school are the two most important parts in the growth of students.The two parts are inseparable,occupy almost the whole world of students from time and space,no matter where there are discordant factors,will have a certain impact on the growth and development of students.On the one hand,home education needs professional guidance from schools;On the other hand,schools require the cooperation of parents.The family and the school should join forces to form a strong educational cooperation to promote the growth of students.Nowadays,home-school cooperation has become one of the important contents of education reform in our country.It is necessary to strengthen the training of teachers 'professional knowledge and skills,and deepen the research of the new model of home-school cooperation.This paper aims to study the development of home cooperation in elementary school and the difficulties in the development of the new era,and put forward the corresponding optimization strategies.In terms of research objects,this paper mainly selected the XX Primary School in Yangzhou,where the author practised in it,to do the key research,to analyze the problems and reasons of the cooperation between the primary schools,and to collate and analyze the literature of the cooperation between the junior schools of science in recent years,find out the commonness and individuality of the cooperation difficulties of the current home schools,and help the primary schools put forward specific optimization strategies.Also hope to be able from macroscopically for our country elementary school of science cooperation research to do a little help.In this study,310 parents and 30 teachers were selected in yangzhou XX primary school by means of literature,questionnaire,interview and observation.Some parents,teachers and school management were interviewed.This paper summarizes the problems of home school cooperation:weak sense of home school cooperation,lack of implementation of rules and regulations of home school cooperation,more traditional way of home school cooperation,single content of home school cooperation.In view of the problems,the author analyzes the causes and puts forward the corresponding solutions:organizing effective training,enhancing cooperation awareness;Improve the rules and regulations of home school cooperation and strengthen the examination;Innovation of home school cooperation;Rich home school cooperation.In the hope of advancing the development of home school cooperation.
