Since the start of the new round of basic education curriculum reform,dialogue teaching has formally entered the horizon of language teachers.Although the teaching of reading dialogue has made obvious progress in practice,there are also some deviations.The real dialogue in classroom teaching is rare.How to transform the concept of dialogue teaching into teaching practice and improve the effectiveness of dialogue teaching has become a practical problem faced by both academia and industry.In this paper,ten famous Chinese teachers with advanced teaching ideas and rich teaching experience are selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.Through statistical analysis,it is found that the respondents pay more attention to the theory of reading dialogue teaching.They carry out multidimensional dialogue activities based on texts in reading teaching,and reflect deeply on the problems existing in reading dialogue teaching with the attitude of researchers,so as to continuously improve reading.The quality of speech teaching.Through the analysis of the teaching records of Lao Wang taught by famous Chinese teachers and ordinary teachers,this paper summarizes the practical value of dialogue teaching,which is mainly embodied in three aspects: beneficial to in-depth interpretation of texts,helping students form reading strategies,and giving full play to the educational function.Through the analysis of the teaching record of Lao Wang,we find that there are also some problems in reading dialogue teaching,such as formal dialogue,semi-programmed dialogue,false dialogue,superficial dialogue and one-on-one dialogue.In view of these problems,attribution analysis is made from two aspects of concept and practice.From the ideological level,teachers' understanding of dialogue teaching theory has a certain degree of deviation,teachers' personal qualities are slightly weak;from the practical level,thestatus of teachers and students is more obvious,teachers guide too much,and the relationship between the presupposition of dialogue content and production is unbalanced.All these reasons lead to the ineffectiveness of dialogue teaching.In order to realize the deep connection between the idea and practice of reading dialogue teaching,the following improvement strategies are put forward: optimizing the combination based on the diversity of dialogue subjects,focusing on the unity of presupposition and generation of dialogue questions,skillfully capturing the opportunity of dialogue and applying it appropriately,considering the openness and focus of dialogue content,flexible choice and use of various dialogue forms.Use it to improve the effectiveness of reading dialogue teaching.
