Physical education specialty is the main specialty to train physi cal education teachers in primary and secondary schools,and practi cal teaching is an important way to train physical education teacher s.As an important part of higher education teaching,practical teach ing plays a decisive role in the process of personnel training,so it has always been one of the important topics of teaching reform an d discussion in Colleges and universities.U-S cooperation is the ab breviation of cooperation between universities and primary and seco ndary schools.It is a new field of cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools to train teachers.It is of great significance to promote the professional development of teachers in universities and primary and secondary schools and to enhance the professional practice ability of students majoring in physical educat ion.This paper takes the U-S cooperation of physical education pra ctice teaching in Hunan University of Technology as the research o bject,and takes the physical education teachers of Chenhe Primary School,Nanfang Third Primary School,No.2 Middle School of Zhu zhou City,No.1 Middle School of Zhuzhou City,No.5 Middle Sch ool of Zhuzhou City,No.13 Middle School of Zhuzhou City,Hejiat u Middle School of Zhuzhou City,Jianning Middle School of Zhuzhou City and the physical education teachers of Hunan University o f Technology as the interview objects.By means of documentation,field investigation,expert intervie ws and logical analysis,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the objectives,contents,forms of organization,management and effecti veness of U-S cooperation in practical teaching of physical educatio n major in Hunan University of Technology,and explores the probl ems existing in the cooperation: 1.the achievement of the "U" goal is not satisfactory,and the "S" goal is not clear;2.the content is limited and the time is limited;3.Teachers from both sides lack c ommunication and communication;4.Non-standard management and imperfect safeguard system;5.The evaluation and assessment syste m is too loose;The main reasons are as follows: from the perspect ive of universities,practical teaching cooperation between Hunan U niversity of Technology and primary and secondary schools belongs to spontaneous behavior,and has not been supported and guarante ed by the local education administration department,and participates in it.From the perspective of students majoring in physical educat ion,there is insufficient understanding of teachers' profession and lac k of theory and practice;from the perspective of primary and seco ndary schools,primary and secondary school teachers lack the sense of cooperation with interns.Through the analysis of the reasons,the following countermeas ures are put forward: first,to clarify the objectives of cooperation a nd strengthen the sense of cooperation;secondly,to enrich the prac tical teaching mode and strengthen the breadth and depth of cooper ation;thirdly,to strengthen the close relationship between teachers of both sides;fourthly,to standardize management and improve the security system;fifthly,to establish an objective and comprehensiv e evaluation system.
