"European innovation theory concept of cooperation" originated from the beginning of twentieth Century,after that,through the two World War to 1970 s,innovation theory,"School enterprise cooperation" concept originated in Europe at the beginning of twentieth Century to 1970 s,the field of innovation theory,innovation theory of continuous improvement,schools and businesses as collective units in the field of innovation theory,provides the possibility for the combination of the two.The research on the cooperation between schools and enterprises,after the thorough study of the practice teaching,is based on Dewey's practical teaching theory and experience teaching theory,and the theory of role changing teaching.Cooperation means: school enterprise cooperation is set in practice teaching and technical training,skills identification,theoretical innovation and practical innovation for the development of teaching mode,is to realize the school to improve the quality of training is the most effective measure,transformation.Is to carry out school enterprise cooperation significance: can effectively improve the students' professional practice ability,to help enterprises solve the development of public relations issue,both sides realize the advantages of complementary resources,to promote the rapid transformation of university to application skills.This study is based on the enterprise social sports professional cooperation practice in Shijiazhuang University as a research object,because in 2009 the school has opened a professional agency to explore the cooperation of school,so far,has formed a relatively mature and professional in Hebei province colleges of the same level of leading cooperation mode.At the same time,the school was identified as the first batch of ten pilot colleges and universities in Hebei,the social sports specialty is the school enterprise cooperation pilot school.This study can produce useful experience that the school of social sports professional school enterprise cooperation in the process and the insufficiency,puts forward improvement measures,provide a reference for similar institutions in Hebei province and the national social sports professional school enterprise cooperation.Literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics method is mainly used in the study,the main content of the research includes the cooperation of school to carry out the policy analysis,social sports professional cooperation between theory and practice,practice,practice content goals form,practice guidance,practice management and training base construction the nine part,practice evaluation.The study found that there are problems in the current school enterprise cooperation in the practice of both sides: there are some differences in the cultivation of students' understanding on both sides;in the management of students are insufficient;the students' professional skills and quality education equality is poor;the relationship between trainees and old employees there exist some contradictions;research still needs to be further to improve.The improvement measures for teaching: return to nature,strengthen school enterprise exchanges between the two sides in practical teaching;strengthen the internship management level between the two sides;to improve the students' cognitive level of out of practice;promote the old employees with new employees "Bangdai";establish an incentive mechanism to promote research to improve the level of.Through the above study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)both sides cooperation development situation is good,fruitful cooperation;has the same business cooperation to create teaching training base,high impact sports show,including teachers job training,training of order form "Bao class",the enterprise high scholarships;in practice,there are more than 50 students in a number of enterprises the middle class above post had experience to perform their duties,more than 300 students after graduation in the different departments of enterprises had working experience.The employment rate of graduates reached more than 95%,far ahead of the province with other professional institutions.(2)there are some problems in teaching,scientific research,management and cooperation;and both sides of the students in the teaching of the poor balance,there is not a relatively neutral teaching methods and management methods can meet the requirements of students;scientific research focused on the basic theory of single teaching form,and for the long-term development of enterprises,the connotation construction of the scientific research output;the existing management often caused between the former employees and interns of interests,so that the effect of old grudges between each other,employees of the intern guidance Bangdai,relationship.(3)the cooperation level needs to be further improved;in the future,both sides need to continue to explore and enrich teaching methods,methods,content,reduce the students in different class time to adapt;to enhance the management level,reduce the student in the school and the role conflict between enterprises;promote the diversification of research cooperation,and enhance the research on enterprise development contribution.
