| With the rapid development of economic globalization and increasingly fierce international competition,people are paying more and more attention to the non-intellectual factors that determine success.Among them,frustration resistance and innovation ability,such as the two wings of a bird,support people to achieve success.The process of innovation is bound to be difficult,and the indomitable frustration resistance is required as a guarantee.Therefore,the cultivation of frustration resistance is crucial.A strong youth makes a strong country,and vice versa.This study aims to investigate the current situation and existing problems of frustration tolerance of ordinary high school students,and to make attribution analysis and strategy construction under the guidance of inverse quotient theory and psychological defense theory.This study firstly sorts out the development of research on frustration resistance and finds out the achievements and shortcomings of previous studies.On the basis of drawing lessons from the previous excellent results,combined with the psychological reality of high school students,a questionnaire was carefully designed,and more than one thousand high school students were selected for the survey.The results showed that the average high school students’ frustration tolerance was of medium level,and the proportion of poor students was relatively large,and the overall situation was not ideal.Among them,the attribution style was good,the coping behavior was medium,and the emotional response was the worst.In the aspect of difference of frustration resistance,male students’ frustration resistance is higher than female students’,science students’ frustration resistance is higher than liberal arts students’,class cadres and students with excellent academic performance also have obvious advantages in frustration resistance.The level of frustration resistance of only children is slightly higher than that of non-only children.Attribution analysis was carried out on the above problem to get the following conclusion: the main reason for the high school students overall down resistance force is not ideal is weak willpower and ambition level on the high side,this is a bad social values,school,parents to ignore tumbled resistance education right way of education,harmonious family environment and age of physical and mental characteristics of common high school itself.In schools,teachers treat students differently according to their academic performance and unfair class management system widens the gap between high-score students and low-score students and between class cadres and ordinary students in frustration tolerance.The significant influence of the gap of parents’ educational level on the children’s ability to withstand setbacks shows that the argument that "a poor family can hardly give birth to a child" is not groundless.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions: schools should adhere to the education goal of moral cultivation,strengthen the construction of the teacher team and improve the system,eliminate the teacher’s "only score theory" psychology,and ensure the fairness of the class management system.On this basis,the comprehensive development of high school students frustration education: first,to correct the students’ bad concept of success,adjust their level of ambition;Secondly,taking the psychological defense theory as the educational content,it helps to establish students’ correct frustration view and positive defensive psychological mechanism,and improve their control of emotions.Third,strengthens to the student the sports training,trains its will quality;Had better,notice life education even,prevent student suicide incident to happen.All the education process must take "the weak position compensation" as the principle,guarantees the education process the fairness and the education resources fair distribution.Parents should strengthen the sense of lifelong learning,improve the level of education,help children set up a correct outlook on life,frustration,success,at the same time to create a harmonious family atmosphere,let students participate in housework,abandon the traditional idea of arranged,cultivate students’ self-discipline and self-control.High school students themselves to discipline themselves,take the initiative to temper willpower;We should know ourselves objectively,dare to accept our ordinariness,not aim too high and establish an appropriate level of ambition.To learn to use positive frustration defense mechanism,enhance their emotional control.The most important thing is to set up a correct view of success.The real success is to give full play to one’s ability,realize one’s life value and contribute to the society at the same time.The society should not only guide the public to eliminate the educational utilitarianism and promote the correct
