"Vocational ability" is one of the key signs of the uniqueness and rationality of the construction direction of teachers in secondary vocational education.The strong regional characteristics of secondary vocational education in Guangzhou have given special professional ability requirements to accounting teachers in local secondary vocational schools,which are different from ordinary education teachers and accounting teachers in other areas.With the emergence of the financial sharing platform,it is considered how to transform the accounting education in secondary vocational schools to cultivate the accounting talents needed under the social reform.Undoubtedly,this is a big challenge for the accounting professional teachers in the professional abilities.Strengthening the cultivation of professional ability of accounting teachers plays an important role in improving the quality of education in secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou.It is also an urgent requirement for the construction of accounting professional teachers in the current situation of education development in secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou.On the basis of studying the theory of vocational competence and interpreting the connotation of accounting major teachers in secondary vocational schools,this study adopt literature analysis to refine 49 characteristics of professional ability of accounting major teachers initially.Based on the opinions and predictions of the representative of excellent accounting teachers,the director of accounting,the leader of accounting major,the vice principal in charge of accounting teaching,the representative of outstanding accounting students,the master of vocational and technical education,and the supervisor of master’s degree in vocational and technical education,it was deleted inappropriate items,and finally retained 25 features of professional ability to form a formal questionnaire,and tested it among 200 accounting teachers from more than ten secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou.;Using SPSS22.0 software to carry on the exploratory factor analysis to the survey result,renew and collect 290 data to carry on the confirmatory factor analysis again,have constructed including the scientific research and the profession development ability,the individual trait,the profession teaching ability,the professional quality.The model of professional competence of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou is based on five dimensions and twenty-five indexes of professional practical ability.Based on the application and evaluation of the model in practice,the model is transformed into a self-assessment questionnaire for accounting teachers of secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou,and 203 accounting teachers in some secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou are tested on their professional abilities.In order to investigate and evaluate a wide range of The current level and characteristics of professional ability of accounting major teachers in secondary vocational schools of the city.The following conclusions are drawn in this study:First,the overall level of professional ability of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou is close to the Fourth grade of questionnaire evaluation,that is,"basically accord with" state;Second,the overall level of professional competence of accounting teachers in secondary vocational colleges and universities in Guangzhou is not significantly related to gender,teaching age,and academic qualifications,but has been trained at the highest level with professional titles.Whether to obtain(school / municipal)"excellent" teacher title / backbone teacher / subject leader present positive correlation;Third,the professional ability model of the accounting professional teachers in the middle and secondary vocational colleges in Guangzhou is composed of five dimensions,including the ability of scientific research and professional development,personal characteristics,professional teaching ability,professional quality and professional practical ability,including professional title,professional knowledge and basic cultural knowledge.education professional knowledge,teaching method ability,teaching design ability,advanced vocational education concept,teaching organization and management ability,language expression ability,practical teaching skills,enterprise practical experience,participation in professional training,industry communication ability,communication and cooperation ability,social service ability,Organization management ability,information updating ability,self-learning ability,theory and practice Combined,education and research ability,academic exchange ability,responsibility,dedication spirit,ideological and moral education ability,self-regulation ability of the 25 factors of professional ability characteristics;Fourth,aiming at the shortcomings in the evaluation of model application,this study combines the basic principles of teachers’ human resources management,and puts forward specific improvement strategies from the government level,the school level and the individual level respectively: Firstly,help the secondary vocational schools and enterprises between the school-enterprise cooperation,and promote the professional ability of accounting teachers through the policies;Secondly,complete the development of incentive mechanism;use the skills competition and school-enterprise cooperation platform to promote teachers’ professional practical ability.Based on enterprises,improve teachers’ professional practical ability;optimize the evaluation and assessment mechanism of accounting professional teachers;enhance teachers’ sense of responsibility and ability;improve teachers’ teaching methods Force.Third,participate in enterprise activities actively;cultivate their own sense of responsibility and ability;focus on teaching reflection timely,improve teaching methods and capabilities;make a reasonable career development plan. |
