The development of urbanization is the key to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and winning the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The understanding that career education can promote "human urbanization" is increasingly recognized by the society.Zhanjiang city has been positioned as the national "One Belt And One Road" construction fulcrum of maritime cooperation,and its future development presents a positive trend.Further urbanization in Zhanjiang city requires the support of professional education talents.The school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation model is the lifeline of the development of public secondary vocational education in Zhanjiang city.The school-enterprise cooperation can cultivate "professional,knowledgeable,skilled and innovative" inter-disciplinary talents who can promote the urbanization development of Zhanjiang city.In this paper,by looking through the annual statistics of the city of Zhanjiang and the great city of education,we've been through three stages: the development of the urbanization and the development of the business model of the central and the public of the city,and the development of the model of the partnership in the development of the people,the development of the city,the development of the people,the development of the people,the development of the people,the development of the people,the development of the people,the development of the people,the development of the people,the development of the people,the development of the people,the development of the people,the development of the people,the development of the people.Under the background of urbanization,student questionnaire,teacher questionnaire,teacher interview outline and enterprise interview outline of the public school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode for public secondary vocational schools in Zhanjiang city were used as the research tool.13 public secondary vocational schools in Zhanjiang city were surveyed,641 valid student questionnaires and 296 effective teacher questionnaires were collected,and 14 teachers were interviewed in the form of interview.Through the field survey of enterprises,theprincipals of school-enterprise cooperation in 11 enterprises were interviewed in the form of interview to get an in-depth understanding of the objective status of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training."Genuine knowledge comes from practice",from students,schools,enterprises and government four perspective,this article through the survey found that the urbanization under the background of Zhanjiang public secondary university-enterprise cooperation training mode of the existing problems: secondary vocational students do not understand the talent training scheme,poor practice in discipline,duty rate is low,mental problems such as immature;The public secondary vocational schools lack school-enterprise cooperation institutions and rules and regulations,there are obstacles for teachers to practice in enterprises and lack of support for the construction of school training bases.Enterprises have low participation rate in formulating personnel training programs,insufficient investment in the construction of training bases,and need to improve student internship guidance.The government lacks policies to promote school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training and financial support for school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training.Finally,Suggestions for future development were put forward according to existing problems: education students should establish correct internship view and enhance professional identity,and understand talent cultivation program and professional development direction;The school should strengthen the construction of school-enterprise cooperation training mechanism and strengthen the construction of training base.Enterprises should actively participate in the personnel training process,actively participate in the formulation of personnel training programs,actively participate in the construction of training bases,and strengthen the guidance and management of interns;The government should improve the policies of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training and provide financial support for school-enterprise cooperation personnel training.
