Research On The Current Situation And Improving Path Of Private Primary And Secondary School Teachers' Teaching Competence

In recent years,the research on competency increased but the research about teaching competence in the field of education is not a lot,and especially the private primary and secondary school teachers in private schools on teaching competency research is more little of primary and secondary schools is an important part of basic education in our country,is the key stage of teenage children growing up we always put the concern focused on the public schools,but ignored the important group run by the local primary and secondary school teachers Therefore,this study has important value,which can provide certain reference significance for the construction of private primary and secondary school teachers and the professional development of private primary and secondary school teachers.On the basis of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,the following conclusions are drawn:Private primary and secondary school teachers teaching the overall level of competence in the medium level but have weak links,professional qualities and teaching skills two dimensions teachers scoring is relatively low and different ages' experience title of private primary and secondary school teachers in the teaching competency level are different.In view of the problems existing in the teaching competence of private primary and secondary school teachers,the author summarizes the main factors affecting the improvement of teaching competence of private primary and secondary school teachers: teacher's personal education belief system of teachers of the school The teaching environment in which the teachers live the social environment in which the teachers live puts forward from four angles the basic path of improving the teaching competence of private primary and secondary school teachers,that is,That is,to lay emphasis on education,to bear in mind the original intention,to formulate school system based on teachers,to provide humanistic support and material security,and to create a supportive social atmosphere.
