In the textbook,the application of "methods and skills" column highlights the cultivation of moral practice.In the new round of basic education curriculum reform,more and more attention is paid to the cultivation of students' practical ability.The correct use of "methods and skills" column provides a carrier for the cultivation of students' practical ability.The column of "methods and skills" in the textbook of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school reflects the practicality of Ideological and political course,which has the characteristics of small quantity and decreasing with grade,specific content and emphasis on practice,text presentation and statement expression.The column of "methods and skills" in the textbook of "morality and rule of law" for junior middle school is in an auxiliary position in the content of the textbook,bearing the role of transformation in the three-dimensional goal,and playing the role of bridge in the connection of life.By meas of questionnaire research,we have found that there is a serious of prominent problems in the application of "methods and skills" column,such as teachers' wrong cognition of "methods and skills" column,teaching method of "methods and skills" column neglecting practice,lack of integrity and coherence in column application,and students' lack of practice ability of "methods and skills".The reason is that teachers have misunderstood the new textbooks,the characteristics of the columns affect the choice of teaching methods,teachers' solidification of teaching thinking affects the implementation of the teaching process,and the examination-oriented education evaluation results in students' lack of practical ability.In view of the problems of "methods and skills" column in the teaching process,this paper proposes to rectify teachers' cognition of "methods and skills" column by following the concept of new teaching materials;innovate teaching methods and highlight the practicality of "methods and skills" column application;adhere to systematic principles and enhance the integrity and coherence of column application;improve relevant mechanisms and implement students' understanding of "methods and skills" ”This paper puts forward corresponding measures from four aspects of practical ability of columns to help junior high school students better study and live,and promote the improvement of students' practical ability.
