Research On The Influence Of Informatization On The Efficiency Of Industrial Technology Innovation

Under the background of innovation-driven development and in-depth integration of informatization and industrialization,informatization plays an increasingly obvious role in industrial development.Moreover,informatization development can not only effectively drive the development of industrialization,but also enhance the independent innovation ability of industrial enterprises.From the perspective of the region,this paper studies the impact of informatization on the efficiency of industrial technology innovation based on the stochastic frontier model,which is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and economic growth in various regions.This paper mainly includes two parts:(1)Constructs an index system of informatization level,which includes three aspects:informatization breadth,informatization depth and informatization development effect.Then,the paper uses the linear weighting method to measure the informatization level index of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2006 to 2016;(2)Later,this paper adopts the stochastic frontier analysis method to construct the stochastic frontier model beyond the logarithmic production function,and empirically studies the impact of informatization on the efficiency of industrial technological innovation.Through the results of empirical research,this paper has the following conclusions:(1)During the period of 2006-2016,the informatization level in various regions shows a trend of gradual rising.Among them,the informatization level in the eastern region is the highest and higher than the national level,while the informatization level in the western region is the lowest.(2)According to the analysis of the research results,the industrial technology innovation efficiency in the eastern region is the highest and higher than the national level,while the industrial technology innovation efficiency level in the western region is the lowest.(3)The results of empirical research show that the informatization level has a significant effect on the efficiency of industrial technology innovation,and the effect of informatization level on the efficiency of industrial technology innovation is greater than that of marketization degree.In addition,time trend variable,marketization degree have significant positive impacts on the efficiency of industrial technology innovation,while FDI and technology imitation,enterprise scale have significant negative effects on the efficiency of industrial technology innovation.(4)For the eastern,central and western regions,the informatization level in the eastern and western regions plays a prominent role in promoting the efficiency of industrial technological innovation;while in the central region,the informatization level has no significant effect on the efficiency of industrial technology innovation due to the imperfect construction of informatization platform,the lack of talents and the low level of information management.According to the research results,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)We should improve the understanding of the importance of informatization construction and accelerate the informatization construction.(2)We should strengthen government policy guidance,improve the level of information infrastructure construction and information application in areas with low informatization level,so as to narrow the gap of informatization level between regions.(3)We should speed up the process of market-oriented reform,improve the ability to digest and absorb advanced technologies,enhance the capability of independent innovation in China's industrial sectors,and narrow the differences in technological innovation efficiency among regions.(4)We should allocate information resources in a rational way,strengthen exchanges and cooperation among enterprises,universities and relevant research institutions,and improve the promotion effect of information on the efficiency of industrial technological innovation.(5)The central region should pay attention to the cultivation of talents,improve the informatization management level of enterprises,speed up the construction of informatization platform,actively introduce advanced information technology,improve the independent innovation ability of industrial enterprises,and further enhance the promoting effect of informatization on the efficiency of industrial technology innovation.
