Adolescence is the golden period of life learning,The healthy growth of adolescents is related to the prosperity of a country.In today's competitive society,parents have high expectations for their children.However,due to improper concepts and education methods of family education,a variety of parent-child relationship conflicts have emerged,and the weakening of family education generally aggravates teenagers' weariness of school.Therefore,family relationship disorders anorexia adolescents this group by the general concern of society.It is also very important to combine the living environment and characteristics of contemporary teenagers with the professional methods of social work to correct their weariness.The author is in the process of school social work practice in S school of shenzhen,the author received the active help from the parents of a student in S school.According to the collected data,it was found that the student's family environment had its own particularity.Compared with the general family,the student's family function was weakened and the family relationship was out of balance.At the same time,this student has the serious weariness problem.Choose this student as the service object,correct its weariness behavior.It is helpful to explore and summarize a set of social work methods suitable for solving the problem of family relationship disorders and provide some advocacy opinions for the better intervention of social work in youth services.Through case work,this paper actively explores ways to solve the problem of teenagers' learning weariness,and USES the professional method of case work to correct their learning weariness.In the course of practice,the mode of searching for solution is innovatively applied.It provides a new perspective and method for the school social work service.This paper is mainly composed of six parts: the first part is the introduction of the research,mainly the general overview related to the research content.The second part is the necessity analysis of the intervention of social work in family relationship disorders and adolescents' weariness.The third part is the case study involved in the practical process.Through collected relevant materials of the subject,and after fullymastering the basic data of the service object,analyzed the current situation of the service object.To find the solution treatment patterns and family system theory as the instruction,from the aspect of the service object of the individual level,family intervention,by restoring the service object's perception of their own problems,explore its capabilities and resources,to assist and guide to construct the method to solve the problem,to help it change in growing up gradually,eventually make their learning behavior improved and rectified.At the same time,it improves the family environment of the service object,reconstructs the healthy and harmonious family relationship,relocates the role of parents,and strengthens the family support for the service object.The fourth part is the author's evaluation of the case,including process evaluation and effect evaluation.The fifth part is the author's experience summary of the case service process.At the same time,the author also made a profound reflection on the deficiencies in the case service,so as to improve the case service and make it more meaningful for reference.In the sixth part,the author puts forward some Suggestions to solve the problem of teenagers' school-weariness under the maladjustment of family relations,and proposes specific solutions from three aspects of family,school and society for the reference of relevant researchers.
