Research On The Involvement Of Social Work In The Community Integration Of Migrant Children

In recent years,China’s economy has developed rapidly,the frequency of population movement has been increasing,and family mobility has also increased.As a member of the family,the number of migrant children has also increased.Migrant children come with their parents to a new environment that is very different from the original living environment.The community integration status of migrant children has an important impact on the healthy growth of migrant children.Good community integration of migrant children can realize their own development,maintain the stability of migrant children’s families,promote harmonious and stable development of society,and enrich the theory of children’s social work.Therefore,this research has important practical and theoretical significance.This research aims to explore the resources owned by migrant children,stimulate their own potential,integrate family and community resources,and build a path for migrant children to integrate into the community,so as to promote migrant children to better integrate into the new community.From a micro perspective,taking Jinjiang City A community as an example,through questionnaire surveys,unstructured interviews and observation methods,it was found that migrant children’s sense of community identity was low;they were unfamiliar with the living environment in the new community and were difficult to adapt;in the new community There is little communication with local children,and the relationship with neighbors is relatively weak.In addition,research has found that migrant children have the need to be recognized by community residents,to better integrate into new communities,to get to know more local children and to get more parent company.In this regard,according to the previous survey of the current status and needs of the integration of migrant children in the community,on the basis of system theory and superior perspective theory,group work and community work methods are used for practical interventions to improve the interpersonal communication of migrant children and promote their interactions.The interaction of local children;enhance the sense of community identity and belonging of migrant children;increase migrant children’s understanding of the community and promote them to better adapt to community life;improve the time parents spend with migrant children;increase migrant children’s understanding of the community,To promote them to better adapt to community life;parents’ time to spend with migrant children has been improved;to enhance community sentiment and promote local residents’ acceptance of community migrants.In this study,migrant children are regarded as active subjects,and migrant children and local children are properly combined to make up for the lack of opportunities for migrant children to communicate with local children in previous studies.At the same time,through the development of community work,it promotes the acceptance of migrants by community residents,realizes two-way acceptance,and makes up for the shortcomings of only promoting migrant children to accept the community in previous studies.Finally,the study believes that the intervention of social work can effectively help migrant children to better achieve community integration and promote their physical and mental health.
