Research On The Construction Of Community Public Good Life From The Perspective Of Social Work

The continuous advancement of reform and opening has made China's urban development enter a "new era",the pattern of urban renewal has also gradually changed from a rough and large-scale demolition to a fine-grained micro-update.The sense of well-being and gain of urban residents is receiving attention in a wider range.At the same time,the government requires that the focus of social governance should shift to the grassroots level from the top-level design level.Whether it is the urban development of refined micro-updates or the effective improvement of grassroots governance,urban communities can become the common practice carrier of the two,however,to truly let the public have the feeling of harvest and the feelings of happiness,it depends on the expectation and realization of a better life.In view of this,the construction of the community's public good life is not only in line with the development requirements of the times,but also in response to the real needs of the public.Although the research on the construction of community public good life is obvious,it is found that the current research on public life,community life and social work and public life is very inadequate.This paper is effective in researching these fields.supplement.Specifically,based on the actual situation,this paper selects three different types of communities in Qixia District of Nanjing as a case study,and conducts case interviews for staff and residents in the intent community,with a total of 25 interviews.Combined with existing literature,research interviews,participatory observations,project experiences,etc.,it describes and analyzes the value dimension of the current community public life,the general picture of community public life under the joint construction of multiple subjects,and the need to solve the public life of the community.The problem,and from the perspective of the value of social work and professional methods,explore the possible feasibility of the beautiful construction of community public life.Finally,the research found that:1)Community public life can not only support the grassroots government to improve community governance,but also for the various reasons,it is also widely needed by the current community residents,and also contributes to the localization of social work;2)Under the background of the decline of overall public life,community public life has received unprecedented attention,and gradually has a tendency to grow under the influence of multiple entities such as grassroots government,social organization,social work,and community residents.3)Although community public life is“prosperous”at first,it still needs improvement in the rationality of public space,the richness of public activities and the autonomy of residents'participation.The construction of social work talents also has problems,but social work pursues good.The value concept and its unique professional working methods enable it to solve the above dilemmas to a considerable extent,and work together to help the community's public life.
