Research On Social Work Intervention Of College Students' Employment Problem

Along with the expansion of higher education,the number of college graduates in China has soared,which has brought about an imbalance between supply and demand in the labor market,and the employment of graduates is facing unprecedented pressure.This paper takes college graduates as the research object,based on rational choice theory,social support theory and superior perspective theory,and uses case study methods to explore the process of social work on the employment of college graduates.Through interviews and data analysis of ten job-seeking graduates,it is revealed that college students are vulnerable to the macroeconomic environment,the self-cognitive bias,the anxiety in the employment process,and the lack of guidance at the school level..In addition,the author selected three representative cases,using the theory and methods of social work professional to carry out practical operations,and the conclusions are as follows:The anxiety of college graduates in the process of job hunting is mainly caused by irrational beliefs.Helping the client to find irrational beliefs and establishing rational beliefs can promote the smooth employment of the client.In the job search,the client lacks the macroeconomic environment.The understanding led to the dislocation of the employer's career planning,which hindered the employment of the client.The social worker helps the case owner understand the macro environment,re-orientation of the occupational orientation,and promote the case owner to achieve employment;due to the initial employment,the victim's social adaptability is poor,self-awareness is not in place,social workers help the case link resources,enhance communication and interaction,It helps the client to form a correct cognition and improve the ability of society to adapt.Therefore,solving the dilemma of college graduates seeking employment is conducive to their smooth employment.Social workers use different social work methods for targeted employment services for different employment problems faced by college students.This will help to improve the confidence and precision of college students' employment,so as to achieve smooth and high-quality employment.
