Test anxiety is one of the main problems of middle school students in their study life.It is also the focus of attention of experts and scholars.The research on effect intervention test anxiety has been on the rise in recent years.The research results show that music therapy has a significant effect on middle school students' test anxiety.This study used a method of accepting and participatory music therapy to conduct design research.First of all,the music curriculum with the combination of participatory music therapy and acceptive music therapy as the guide,the test anxiety intervention for the purpose,the emotional and behavioral experience,followed by a middle school in Zhengzhou as the research object.Course teaching practice,the process is: using the Sarason Test Anxiety Scale(TAS)Chinese version of the test anxiety of the two classes,the survey results show that 133 middle school students among the mild test anxiety 47 people,the ratio is 35.3%,56 people with moderate test anxiety,42.1%,30 people with severe test anxiety,the ratio was 22.6%.Two classes were used as the intervention group and the control group,and the teaching practice was carried out for 8 weeks.The results of the final curriculum implementation showed that:(1)There was no difference between the intervention group and the control group before implementation,and the difference was significant after implementation.(2)The differences in the intervention group before and after the implementation of the curriculum were significant,and the level of test anxiety was reduced.(3)There was a significant difference between the control group and the control group.The post-test anxiety level was higher than the previous test.The results show that the designed music curriculum can significantly reduce the level of test anxiety of middle school students.
