At present,secondary vocational education occupies an important position in China's education system,and most of the students in secondary vocational schools have low cultural quality,bad learning habits and poor self-discipline.Secondary vocational schools should train students to become practical,technical and labor-oriented vocational talents with sound personality and self-development potential.This requires secondary vocational education to attach importance to the cultivation of students' professional quality,which is a systematic project and needs the overall design of secondary vocational schools.It needs not only continuous infiltration in explicit courses,but also embodied in invisible courses to form a synergy.This paper systematically studies the relationship and role of student associations management,practical activities and professional accomplishment.Combining with the characteristics of secondary vocational school training,this paper combines the practical activities of associations with the cultivation of vocational literacy,and applies them to the cultivation of vocational literacy of students in secondary vocational schools,so as to verify the effectiveness of the activities of associations to the cultivation of vocational literacy.Data analysis method is used to extract the data of school policy objectives,students' participation in the formation of associations,the development of associations activities,and the impact on students' employment.Questionnaires and STATA software are used for statistical analysis to establish the model relationship between associations activities and the improvement of students' professional quality.The research shows that community activities have a strong guiding role in cultivating students' team consciousness.Through cooperative learning and practice,it strengthens the sense of team work and interacts with each other.Especially,students of different ages,different knowledge and different technological carry out practice around the same goal together,which helps to complement learning andimprove their working skills.The development of practical activities of associations has promoted students' employment skills,social awareness and team consciousness.In practice,it has also honed and changed students' employment concept,so that students' professional quality can be improved.In the teaching of secondary vocational school education,we should use the results of this study to carry out community activities,renew educational ideas and improve the diversity of education.We should give full play to the role of student associations in students' self-education,adopt effective countermeasures,and develop students' associations' self-reliant practice.As an important aspect of promoting students' professional quality,we should attach importance to student associations in secondary vocational schools.Problems encountered in construction and development should be dealt with in a timely manner.Through the enterprise research,the enterprise needs will be brought into the establishment and management of associations to enhance the employability of students.In the process of students' independent practice,we should grasp the intrinsic characteristics and external needs of secondary vocational students,enhance their interest in community activities,enable students to truly participate in community activities,and enhance their professional accomplishment.
