An Empirical Study Of College Students' Moral Beliefs In The New Era

Morality runs through every corner of our lives,and our thoughts will also be constrained by morality.This is not only the basic guarantee for social stability and harmony,but also the spiritual foundation for the prosperity of the Chinese nation.Faith is the spiritual pillar of human beings and the courage to face difficulties and challenges.It represents the ultimate concern of human beings for the world and life.Moral belief is the self-transcendence of human beings in moral personality and the overall improvement of social moral standards.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Under the new historical conditions,if we want to continue to win the great victory of socialism,we must not forget our original intention and keep our mission in mind.We must work together as one to draw a grand blueprint for socialism and realize the great Chinese dream.College students are the builders of the great cause of socialism and the future of our motherland.On the whole,contemporary college students' moral beliefs are in the right direction,and most of them have formed positive and healthy moral beliefs.However,with the progress and development of the society,some college students' moral beliefs show cognitive deviation,leading to their moral beliefs are not firm,and even gradually lose their moral beliefs.This will cause these college students to have no moral standards when faced with moral choices and make incorrect choices.Which not only influence the development of college students themselves also affects the course of the construction of socialist morality,thus,it is necessary for us to form correct understanding of present situation of contemporary college students' moral beliefs,understand the problems,and analyzes the main reason for the problem,find the root causes of problems,can accurately and effectively solve the problem.This paper consists of four parts(excluding the introduction).The first part mainly expounds the basic concepts of morality,belief and moral belief of college students,and expounds the characteristics of moral belief and its importance to college students.In the second part,the author analyzes the current situation of moral belief and moral belief education of college students in the new era by means of questionnaire survey.In the third part,through the analysis of the questionnaire,the author chooses the most important social reasons,cultural reasons,school education reasons,family education reasons and college students' own reasons to deeply analyze the reasons for the lack of moral belief of college students.The fourth part is based on the new era of college students moral faith lack of reasons for the proposed targeted solutions.
