The primary school stage is the basic stage of education.The primary school class teacher carries the special mission of implementing daily ideological and moral education and student management,and leading the students to grow up healthily.It is an important way to improve the overall quality of the class teacher through targeted training of the class teacher.Under the guidance of the professional development theory and lifelong learning theory of class teacher,the paper comprehensively adopts the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to investigate the current situation of the in-service training of the ten public primary school teachers in Nanjing Q district,with a view to improving the effectiveness of the in-service training of the primary school head teacher.Empirical basis and practice reference.This survey study shows that:(1)The Q district of Nanjing City has achieved certain results in the practice of inservice training for primary school class teachers.The training organization and the participating parties have sufficient understanding and attention to the training work,the school-based training is well implemented,and the types of training tend to be diverse and training content is rich.(2)Through in-depth exploration of the survey data,it is found that there are still some shortcomings in the training: lack of internal motivation;influence enthusiasm;the incentive system is imperfect and lacks motivation;the training content is not targeted and can not meet the actual needs;the training form lacks effective interaction,lack of external support,etc.The reasons for the above shortcomings can be attributed to the low professional identity,imperfect incentive system,insufficient training content,training style biased to teach,the unscientific training assessment method,and the heavy workload.(3)According to the actual situation of in-service training of the primary school class teacher in the Q district,the paper puts forward corresponding solutions: internal self-awake,build the internal dynamic system of the professional development of the class teacher;improve the incentive system,improve the effectiveness of training;optimize the training content,based on the professional development needs of the class teacher;adjust the training form to highlight the main body of training;reform the assessment method,combined with process evaluation;to build an external support system for the class teacher,etc.
