| At present,with the derivation of the "3:30" problem,"it is difficult to pick up children and even more difficult to tutor children" has become a hot topic of people’s livelihood in the society.The ability of primary school students in all aspects is not yet mature,judgment and self-control are also in an unstable state,therefore,the care and guidance work of primary school students after school is particularly important,it is not only related to the development of a family,but also bearing the burden of the rise and fall of a society.In this context,in 2017,the Ministry of Education formally proposed "after-school service" and affirmed the status of schools as the main channel of after-school service,aiming to improve the quality of national education service,which can not only solve the problem of parents’ pick-up,but also further promote the comprehensive growth of primary school students.Chongqing Municipality selected sites for trial implementation in 2017,and after achieving certain results,at the end of 2019,it is required to fully promote after-school services throughout the city.This research investigates and analyzes the status quo of after-school services in Chongqing’s primary schools,and selects Chongqing’s area A,where after-school services have been fully implemented,area B,where after-school services are being implemented,and area C,where after-school services are about to start,as the research scope.Students,parents and teachers are the research objects.In the existing literature and relevant policy after combing,questionnaire of primary school class service implementation present situation investigation in chongqing(divided into parent and student)to investigate the parents and students,interviews with parents,at the same time,from the perspective of workers,teachers also conducted interviews,field exploration along with observation of after-school service,make this study more comprehensive and in-depth.Results showed that both parents and students,as the direct benefit of after-school service group,the present situation of the service more satisfied for the current primary school class,after class service work has been smooth,but at the same time,service time after class,content,personnel etc.There is also some problems to be improved,the specific performance in: elasticity of service time is not enough,difficult to solve the problem of parents;The service form and content are single,which is difficult to meet the needs of students;Service staff is tight,unable to relieve the pressure on teachers;The service management system is chaotic and fails to ease the burden on schools.In view of a series of problems and cause analysis,this research from the government,school and parents three levels of optimization suggestions.Firstly,the government takes the lead to strengthen the top-level design of after-school service: perfect the system of laws and regulations related to after-school service;Standardize the multi-subject participation mode of after-school service;We will establish a supervision and evaluation system for after-school services.Secondly,the school takes the initiative to improve the quality of after-school service: the after-school service time is flexible,and the students are reasonably organized to leave school;The after-school service content is diversified to efficiently train the development of students;The after-school service management is refined and the rights and responsibilities of all parties are fully clarified.Finally,parents cooperate to strengthen the value of after-school service education: enhance parents’ sense of responsibility;Give play to the communication function of the PTA. |
