Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory shows that the need of love and belonging are the basic needs of human life.Everyone has a strong desire to belong to a group or organization, and the sense of belonging makes individuals feel safe, recognized and accepted.School is an important social environment for the growth of students. The sense of belonging in school is of great significance to their growth.Secondary vocational students are in the middle of adolescence, lively and active, like to communicate with people, but often because of improper way to deal with some interpersonal problems,so that they feel a strong sense of alienation, negative impact on life. Therefore,on the basis of the current investigation on the sense of belonging and alienation in secondary vocational schools, this study implemented the psychological counseling course of school belonging group to guide them to actively integrate into the campus and the collective and grow healthily,so as to improve the sense of alienation among secondary vocational students.Firstly,570 secondary vocational students in a vocational school in huaibei city were distributed with the school belonging scale and adolescent students alienation scale, and relevant data were collected to understand the status quo of school belonging and alienation among secondary vocational students and discuss the relationship between them.Secondly, two parallel classes were randomly selected and one was randomly selected as the intervention group for group counseling courses.Another class as a control group, normal teaching. After the end of the course, the intervention group was posttested to verify the implementation effect of the group counseling course. The research results are as follows:(1)The overall sense of belonging of secondary vocational students is at the lower level than the middle level, only grade variables show significant differences, gender, place of origin, whether the only child, whether the left-behind experience variables did not detect significant differences;(2)Secondary vocational students' alienation experience is slightly higher than the average level, with the highest score for environmental alienation, followed by social alienation and the lowest score for interpersonal alienation.Gender,left-behind experience and grade variables showed significant differences in the overall sense of alienation. The variables of single child and place of origin did not detect the difference.(3)School belonging of secondary vocational students is negatively correlated with total alienation and its dimensions, and school belonging can negatively predict the level of alienation.(4)In the process of participating in group counseling courses, secondary vocational students feel the support and acceptance of peers, sense of belonging and honor, which deepens interpersonal communication, improves interpersonal relations and reduces negative emotions such as meaningless. Therefore, secondary vocational students' sense of alienation in school belonging group counseling is significantly reduced, and the intervention effect of group psychological counseling is prominent.
