Research On Social Work Involvement In New Rural Community Governance

With the development of economy and society,the countryside of our country is facing the phenomenon of rural decline and long-term imbalance of urban-rural dual structure.Under the circumstances of the change of principal contradiction,the new rural community will be regarded as an important starting point and starting point for the revitalization of rural areas.Gradually break the dual structure of urban and rural areas,let farmers share the material and spiritual achievements of economic development and social progress.At the same time,because the new type of rural community personnel composition,complex structure,brought challenges to social governance,but also for social work to intervene in the new rural community governance opportunities.In this paper,the intervention of social work in the social governance of Tuanjie Street,Baoan Town,Daye City,Hubei Province,is studied.From the perspective of social work,from the perspective of community survey,community operation mechanism,project cases,etc.,from the results of the study,social work in the intervention of new rural community governance there are the following problems: the main body of purchasing services is not clear,It is difficult to clarify the relationship between social work and administration,such as insufficient funds for activities,formalization of service,inadequate construction of social work organizations and difficult to clarify the relationship between social work and administration.Social work in the new rural community governance,in the professional knowledge and methods has a very obvious professional advantages,but the lack of social work its own development and the external environment of the new rural community restrict the social work function to play effectively.How to make better use of the Society The functions and functions of the association in the governance of new rural communities need to vigorously develop the construction of social organizations,strengthen the security of funds,strengthen the construction of social workers and optimize the external environment,and so on,so as to constantly solve the difficult problems of social governance.Promote the multi-subject participation,explore the establishment of "'two committees' leading,social work-led,pluralistic participation" of the new rural community of "good governance".
