Curriculum reform based on core competencies is in full swing around the world. In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Tasks of Lide Shuren"(hereinafter referred to as "Opinions‘),and first proposed the concept of "core literacy".Subsequently, the "China Student Development Core Literacy" framework and the"Ordinary High School Music Curriculum Standards"(2017 edition)have been announced, and the new round of curriculum reforms began to focus on cultivating students' core competencies. At present, the high school curriculum standard has already defined the core competencies content of the music subject.Although there are differences in the teaching methods, textbook writing, students' psychology and knowledge background between junior high school and high school, from the consistency of training objectives,it is very necessary and possible to achieve the standards of the middle and high school curriculum and the connection of teaching.Based on this, this thesis focuses on the curriculum standards of junior high school music curriculum, mainly based on the core competencies and system theory, combined with the core competencies of music disciplines as the analytical framework, using the literature research method and the chart analysis method, the curriculum nature of the junior high school music curriculum standards. The five parts of the "Basic Concepts of the Course'',"Course Objectives","Course Content" and "Implementation Suggestions" are analyzed in terms of textual connection, find out the problems of convergence, explore the causes, and try to propose improvements. The author believes that the problems in the convergence of the middle and high school music curriculum standards are:in the basic concept, the "evaluation" section is not well connected;in terms of curriculum objectives, the literacy index of "music innovation" is not well connected;in the course content, there is no elective course in junior high school, and can not be connected with high school;in the implementation of recommendations, the“Standards of General Senior High School Music Curriculum"puts forward specific teaching, track selection, evaluation and college entrance examination proposition The suggestion emphasizes the importance of modern educational technology means, while the "Compulsory Education Music Curriculum Standards" is not specific enough, the operability is not strong, and the evaluation suggestion section and the test proposition section are not well connected.Suggestions for improvement of the above problems are as follows:First, the top-level design of the music curriculum standards in the middle and high schools is consistent, that is,based on the core competencies;second, the academic quality standards are added to the Compulsory Education Music Curriculum Standards. The teacher is provided with reference to the evaluation work;the third is to appropriately add elective courses in the "Compulsory Education Music Curriculum Standards" to allow students to adapt to the elective study in high school in advance;the fourth is to systematically grasp the systematic knowledge of the middle and high school music knowledge,so that the middle and high school music courses will become an organic whole;the fifth is to increase the proportion of music information and intelligent technology in the Compulsory Education Music Currculum Standards,so that students have the ability to adapt to the musical life of modern society. In addition to the introduction and conclusions, the text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter clarifies the necessity and possibility of the connection of the curriculum standards and the theoretical basis;the second chapter compares the first two parts of the curriculum standard;the third chapter compares and analyzes the texts of the last three parts of the course standard;the fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the problems in the connection and makes recommendations.
