At present,China's rural education has made some progress,but more attention and support are needed.Different from the mature general teachers system in other countries,the special situation of insufficient teachers and backward educational resources in rural areas makes the rural primary school general teachers emerge at the historic moment.Therefore,their living conditions should be focused on.Understanding the survival status of rural primary school general teachers is conducive to improving the quality of their life and work,as well as providing feasible guidance for the construction of rural primary school general teachers.At present,some scholars have studied the pre-service training of general teachers in rural primary schools and teachers' knowledge needs,but there are few studies on their survival status in the academic circle,and their survival status plays an important role in the development of rural education and the improvement of the quality of education in rural areas.Therefore,the author takes the general teachers of12 rural primary schools in hubei province as the research object and focuses on the analysis of the problem of survival state.Firstly,this paper analyzed the gender,age,teaching age,professional title,education level and other basic conditions of general practitioners in 12 rural primary schools in hubei province by means of questionnaire survey.Most of them were aged between 26 and 35.Bachelor's degree;On this basis,this paper analyzes the survival status of rural primary school general teachers,and believes that there are the following problems :one,the public opinion gives teachers too much pressure.Second,relevant policies of the government have not been implemented.Third,the absence of school "software" environment.Fourth,lack of goals and long-term planning.According to the above problems,the author puts forward the following suggestions to improve the survival status of rural primary school general practitioners: one is to improve the social support system for rural primary school general practitioners: First,improve social status,pay attention to the situation of ruralprimary school teachers.Secondly,strengthen the recognition of all sectors of society,to evaluate the rural primary school teachers.Second,the government should implement relevant policies and regulations: first,improve the welfare treatment of teachers and ensure the quality of teachers' life.Second,set up a special fund to protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers.Finally,shorten the difference between urban and rural education and realize the sharing of educational resources.Third,the campus "software" environment should be optimized: first,to create a humane management system,to create a free and democratic atmosphere.Secondly,build harmonious interpersonal relationship and create comfortable coexistence mode.Fourth,teachers should pay more attention to their own development: first,care for themselves,moderate adjustment of pressure.Second,find the original heart,stimulate professional enthusiasm.Finally,rural primary school teachers should also rely on their own efforts to improve their living conditions,have a long-term plan for their career path,and make plans suitable for their own development according to their current level.Teachers should make more efforts to improve their professional standards,so as to better promote their own development and effectively improve their own survival state.
