Postgraduate students are high-level talents cultivated by colleges and universities.They are also the main force of innovative talents in China.Their innovative ability and innovation level are of great significance to promoting the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines in China.As a kind of knowledge innovation,the level of innovation of graduate students depends largely on the construction of their knowledge level.The storage of declarative knowledge is an important premise and foundation for the formation of innovative thinking.The procedural knowledge affects the development of innovative ability and innovation results.Implementation.The selection of graduate students is the starting point of postgraduate education.It determines and restricts the quality and training level of graduate students to a certain extent.Therefore,how to effectively evaluate the candidate's declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge to improve the scientific and effective selection process,has become the top priority of graduate student enrollment.Based on knowledge innovation theory and knowledge management theory,this study analyzes the different stages of graduate knowledge innovation and the specific role played by declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge in the innovation process.On this basis,the research analyzes the test principles and existing problems of the graduate unified examination,recommendation-free test,and re-examination.This study introduces the new assessment technology of S JT,develops the postgraduate innovation situation judgment test,and verifies the validity of the graduate unified examination,recommendation exemption,and SJT in the selection of graduate students in the same test environment and samples..Based on the theoretical analysis of the test principle and the conclusions of the empirical data test,this study proposes the following countermeasures:adjusting the content and form of the initial test,and deepening the investigation of declarative knowledge;Standardize the content and procedures of the retest and strengthen the investigation of procedural knowledge;Increase the situational judgment test to improve the validity of graduate selection.It provides new research ideas and evaluation tools for the selection of postgraduate students in China,and has certain reference and guiding significance for the selection of postgraduate students in China.
