China has entered a new stage of development which aims at building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.It is the spiritual life that people become more cared about other than food and clothes.As a result people are more concerned about the education problem and pay more attention to the training of high-quality talents with goals,plans and efforts.Career education is indispensable for cultivating excellent and high-quality talents.After receiving career education,students will be enabled to analyze occupational prospect actively based on career knowledge,and make career plans according to their own characteristics.So that they will be enabled to form a sense of social responsibility and realize the value of life.This paper mainly includes five parts.Firstly,the background,significance and methods of the research,as well as the current research situation at home and abroad are introduced.Secondly,some related theoretical and concepts are expounded,including Super's theory of lifelong career development,the theory of all-round development of human beings and occupational prospect theory,etc.Thirdly,questionnaires are distributed to students from four schools including Shunmai middle school in Harbin.SPSS22.0 software is used for data analysis.It is found that current senior high school students know little about occupational information,therefore they do not have a comprehensive knowledge of occupational prospect,nor they can make career plans accurately.At the same time,students are willing to learn more about occupational information and occupational prospect information.Fourthly,the chemistry teaching strategy of the prospect analysis based on career education theory are proposed.Hierarchical teaching method and different teaching strategies are adopted in this research according to the differences of students' psychological development level in senior high school.The consciousness of career planning and the thinking of occupational prospect should be established in grade one of senior high school.In grade two of senior high school,students' habit of career planning and their understanding of occupational prospect should be cultivated.Combining withthe knowledge of occupational prospect,students in grade three of senior high school should be able to layout career plans preliminary.Then,basing on the national development needs,occupational prospects are analyzed.Finally,this paper designs teaching cases according to teaching strategy.Fifthly,The research results of this paper are summarized.This paper analyzes the possible shortages and the prospect of related topics.
