Using Local History Resources To Cultivate High School Students' Historical Core Literacy

With the progress of the national curriculum reform,China's basic education has gradually moved into a new era of education with the core task of cultivating core literacy.The transition from "knowledge-based" to "core literacy" has become the main theme of the new education era.As the best way to understand the long-standing culture of the nation,to cultivate the pride of the nation,and to best unite the national centripetal force,the history subject is indispensable in the cultivation of students' core literacy.However,how to cultivate students' core literacy in history teaching has become a key issue to be solved urgently.By combining local history resources with history courses,not only can teachers' teaching ideas be transformed,teaching content deepened,and teaching methods improved,but also students' historical learning interests can be effectively cultivated,students' curiosity can be stimulated,and independent learning concepts can be established.Therefore,strengthening the development and utilization of local history curriculum resources as an effective way to achieve teaching objectives is very helpful to the construction and improvement of students' historical core literacy.Taking Harbin as an example,we will conduct in-depth exploration and research on the combination of local historical resources and practical teaching.Firstly,the questionnaires of historical core literacy were compiled to investigate the current status and existing problems of the core literacy training of middle school students.Then,four classes of secondary schools affiliated to Harbin Normal University were selected as the research objects,and four classes were randomly assigned to experimental classes and control classes.Finally,through the comparison between different classes and the comparison before and after practice,the current situation of the cultivation of high school students' historical core literacy is analyzed.According to the current situation analysis results and the characteristics of local history resources in Harbin,a reasonable curriculum teaching strategy is proposed:developing students' dialectical thinking,cultivating students' ability to objectively evaluate history based on local history resources,and further enhancing the core literacyof students' historical materialism;Starting with historical resources,we will guide students to construct a time and space framework,and form a concrete and macroscopic concept of time and space to promote the promotion of the core literacy of time and space concepts.Based on the historical historical development history of local history resources,enhance students' sense of historical evidence,and cultivate the core literacy of historical evidence.Use the local history resources familiar to students to cultivate students' ability to objectively understand history and enhance the core literacy of historical interpretation;integrate local historical resources with humanistic feelings into history courses,trigger students' resonance,and cultivate students' core literacy.In the process of practice,we adhere to the principles of selectivity,appropriateness,subjectivity,flexibility and scientificity.Diversified ways of selecting and cultivating are important links to ensure the rational integration of local historical resources and the effective improvement of historical core literacy.
