Generalized balanced teaching is that full development, the termis widely used in education, especially basic education, balanced between rural and urban education, basic education should be balanced;however narrowly, in a physical education the so-called balanced teaching is a means, not only the balance of skills and intellectual development of students, and the balance within and among groups coordinated development. This skills-transfer theory as the basis, the balance of the application of technology teaching in the javelin, as optimizing physical classroom teaching method, used in a balanced teaching in physical education and discussion of a transplant.Xi'an Institute of Physical Education through the randomly selected 2,009 undergraduate physical education classes 6 and 7 classes two classes, the two groups before the experiment with some basic information, knowledge and physical fitness tests before the experiment as a test of the two groups no significant difference between not using a balanced experimental groups under the idea of teaching the use of new teaching methods, and a control group with normal teaching methods, the experimental group and control group the progress of teaching, teaching scenes, teaching the same content cases, by the same teachers teach the test after the two groups were compared, both from the technical aspects of assessment and evaluation of standards, after 20 hours of teaching and learning skills, leading to the conclusion that1.through bilateral balanced teaching method in the experiments, the technical assessment on experimental results and adequate are better than the control group, the scores, effectively improve the students' learning interest in learning, the javelin technique improved the effect of classroom teaching, is a kind of new teaching methods2.balanced teaching theory in practical application in javelin, can highlight the teaching process consistency, reduce ever ignore nondominant hands, paying attention to the learning nondominant hand learning, and achieve coordinated development of bilateral limbs past teaching process, reduce the body side learning monotony, ignore the coordinated development of bilateral body condition, can enhance the students thinking, students enthusiasm to exert students is increased, the subject of motor skill learning, this to raises the student learning scientific methods, improve learning ability, to develop good study habits have positive role. 3.balanced teaching more conducive to teachers apply various sports teaching mode of teaching physical education teaching mode, to comprehensive application in practical teaching, realize the teaching diversity.4.javelin balanced teaching idea transplant into every nets sports and physical activity unilateral diathesis education project for the comprehensive development has laid a certain foundation.
