In recent years,Taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities is still dominated by the conventional teaching mode,which makes students build knowledge in an indoctrination style,resulting in students' autonomy and creativity cannot be effectively developed,and cannot meet the requirements of high-quality and multi-effects of Taijiquan teaching.requirements.The "5E" teaching mode is mainly in the form of group cooperative inquiry.By guiding students to participate,inquiry and cooperation,it organizes students to deepen their understanding of knowledge on the basis of practice,so that students can build more diversified and specific knowledge.,this model satisfies the development trend of educational reform and the conditions for optimizing Wushu classroom teaching methods.Therefore,the purpose of applying the "5E" teaching mode in Taijiquan teaching is to study the application effect of the "5E" teaching mode,so as to enrich the teaching methods of Taijiquan and promote the development of the discipline of Wushu teaching.Through the comparison of teaching experiments to study its application effect,mainly using teaching experiment method,combined with literature materials,questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other methods,taking the four classes of Huaibei Normal University public physical education as the experimental objects,set up experiments The “5E” teaching mode and the conventional teaching mode were used respectively to determine the teaching content,teaching design,experimental variables and evaluation standards according to the experimental needs.Attitude and technical level after the experiment were compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that:(1)After the experiment,the P values of the physical fitness of the two groups of students were greater than 0.05,and the P values of the standing long jump,sitting forward flexion,800 meters and skipping rope were greater than 0.05 before and after the experiment in the two groups;The P value of the closed eyes and one foot in the group was less than 0.05,so the "5E" teaching mode and the conventional teaching mode had no significant effect on standing long jump,sitting forward flexion,800 meters and skipping rope,but had a significant effect on the closed eyes and one foot.(2)After the experiment,the P value of the social behavior index in the experimental group and the control group was 0.019;the P value of the index in the experimental group before and after the experiment was0.016;It is more beneficial to improve the social behavior of students.(3)After the experiment,the P values of motivation,interest and attitude indicators in the experimental group and the control group were all 0.000;the P values of the indicators in the experimental group before and after the experiment were all 0.000;the P values of the indicators in the control group before and after the experiment were all greater than 0.05.Therefore,The use of "5E" teaching mode is better for improving students' learning motivation,interest and attitude.(4)After the experiment,the P values of the technical level performance indicators of the experimental group and the control group were all 0.000.Therefore,the use of the "5E" teaching mode to improve students' technical level is more obvious than the conventional teaching mode.(5)The "5E" teaching mode is used in Taijiquan teaching.In boxing teaching,there is a high emphasis on grasping the wholeness of the classroom and the limitations of individual differences control.At the same time,the following suggestions are drawn: firstly,constantly update teaching concepts and methods;secondly,take the essence and integrate the best;thirdly,use the "5E" teaching mode reasonably.
