Anailysis Of The Characteristics And Residence Willngnrss Of Outflow Poapultion In Jiiln Province

Population mobility is a complex social phenomenon involving many factors.With the development of social economy and the convenience of transportation,the scale and speed of population mobility in China are increasing,which has become an important issue of concern to all sectors of society.The emergence of population mobility includes both macro and individual factors.The social problems associated with it are the difference of regional economic development level,the interaction between floating population and inflow areas,and the reform and development of household registration system.Jilin Province has been born as a net population flow since the 1980 s.With the continuous outflow of young and middle-aged labor force and the continuous decline of family planning level,social problems such as population aging and younger children have become increasingly prominent.The existing research results show that the emergence of population mobility behavior is influenced by both the driving role of outflow and the pulling role of inflow,as well as the social and economic development of outflow and inflow areas.Using the data of the Sixth National Census and the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in 2015,this paper analyzed the demographic characteristics,socioeconomic characteristics and long-term residential aspirations of the outflow population in Jilin Province through the methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis,and discussed the relationship between the economic development of Jilin Province andthe impact of outflow population on the economic development of Jilin Province.The results show that the population flow in Jilin Provinceis generally in a state of net outflow,mainly due to work and business,and the main influencing factors are the level of regional economic development and geographical distance;the outflow population is mostly agricultural household registration,and age is concentrated in 20-29 years old,and male is more than female,and unmarried and First-married are more than married,and the per capita education level is more than junior high school;For commercial and service workers,the status is mostly employees,the wage level is concentrated in 2000-5000 yuan,more than half of the outflow population have the intention to stay in their residence;education level,marital status,reasons for outflow,family income,personal wages and urban insurance are the main factors affecting the long-term residence willingness of the outflow population in Jilin Province.Generally speaking,Jilin Province has fallen into a non-benign circle of population and economic development.Although population outflow has improved the living conditions of rural residents,created conditions for orderly transfer of rural land and large-scale operation,and indirectly promoted the improvement of urbanization level,it has also led to weak economic growth in Jilin Province,insufficient young and middle-aged rural labor force,inadequate conditions to attract and retain talents.This paper holds that Jilin Province can improve the net outflow of population by optimizing the policy environment for attracting and retaining talents,improving the social security system,deepening the reform of economic structure in the province,creating a good environment for outflow people to return home and start businesses,narrowing the wage gap with other regions,and developing township enterprises to increase the employment of rural population.
