This paper makes a scientific comparison of the recovery methods immediately after the high-intensity training of the Beijing Sports University swimming team to determine which recovery method can achieve the best recovery effect,for the future training of the school swimming team.Do your best.OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the changes of athletes' physical functions by inspecting and analyzing the changes of athletes' physical functions by training the athletes of the swimming team in high intensity training,and to study and explore which recovery methods are more conducive to high-intensity training.After the immediate recovery,it provides theoretical basis and scientific guidance for how to restore the swimmer after strength training.Experimental method: This article takes 12 athletes from the swimming team as the research object.Each experiment is performed immediately after the athletes perform high-intensity training(using the athlete's heart rate and blood lactic acid to monitor whether it reaches the level of high-intensity training).The meditation recovery means,the massage pulling recovery means,the 60% strength relaxation recovery means,and the ice bucket recovery means are respectively adopted.There are heart rate,blood lactate,RPE,and muscle status for the test indicators after the application of restorative relaxation.The detection time of the athlete's physical indicators was quiet before training,immediately after high-intensity training,5minutes of recovery intervention,and 10 minutes of recovery intervention.Experimental conclusions:(1)Immediately after 60% intensity of relaxation,high-intensity training can improve the recovery level of athletes,help athletes to lower heart rate as soon as possible,and clean up the accumulation of blood lactic acid in the body.(2)Immediately after high-intensity training,the massage recovery method can effectively improve the muscle state and make the muscles have a better recovery effect,but it is not conducive to the clear accumulation of blood lactate in the body,and the heart rate is not effective.restore.(3)Immediately after high-intensity training,the recovery of ice bucket recovery means is not conducive to clearing the accumulation of blood lactic acid in the body,and has no effect on the reduction of heart rate.The muscle recovery state also has no good effect,so it can be concluded that for recent years The rise of ice bucketrecovery means does not have an effective recovery effect in swimming projects.(4)Immediately after high-intensity training,meditation recovery means recovery is the worst effect.For the body's blood lactic acid,heart rate,and muscle hardness are ineffective in the subjective feelings of the athletes,so this method cannot be used for recovery..
