Research On Family Planning Service And Management Of Floating Population In JinJiang

In recent years,The growth of Jinjiang' economic development is remarkable.It not only ranks among the top 100 counties in county economy and county basic competitiveness,but also ranks fifth in the country.For Jinjiang,the floating population,which has half the total population,is an important support for its rapid economic growth and its vitality.However,the continuous increase in the number of floating population has also brought severe challenges to family planning service management.In the absence of effective service and management tools,the results of more than 30 years of family planning work will be wasted.Therefore,it is needed to strengthen the discussion and research on the family planning management of the floating population,and to provide the countermeasures for the management department.Through reference to domestic and foreign about family planning service and management of the floating population of the relevant theoretical research and practical results,on the basis of JinJiang actual situation,sort out the concepts of floating population and family planning,analyze the present situation of family planning service and management of the floating population in JinJiang.In view of the problems existing in Jinjiang City,this paper summarizes problems in the aspects of system,personnel,and funds,and summarizes the reasons for the lag in the transformation of government function,the lack of management system and mechanisms,and the impact on the social environment.Finally,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions corresponding to strengthen the family planning management of the floating population.According to the causes of the problems,we proposed suggestions for improving the design of policy systems,constructing information efficiency mechanisms,promoting the reform of service-supply-side,and exploring the feasibility of the"self-management"of floating population's family planning,to provide effective reference for the implementation of family planning management of the floating population in JinJiang District in the future.
