The private education has a long history in our country,after the reform and opening to the outside world,as people's emphasis on education and training gradually improve,private education has entered a new stage of development,as a useful supplement,modern public education run by the local education is more and more plays a very important force.At present,there are different sizes of education institutions in our country.Education products are of mixed quality,and some organizations manage chaos and even cause undesirable social effects.The state shall guide and regulate the private training school.For the government,there are still many deficiencies in the development of private training school.Based on the rapid development of private education as the era background,taking Chengdu as an example,combining with the investigation data in detail describes the current situation of the development of private training school,although certain achievements have been made,but in the midst of government behavior,still exist improper policy be inadequate,the functions of the government execution,preferential policies cannot implement,open the service sector is not enough,and other issues.The reason is that the main root causes are the misunderstanding of complete change in the management thinking,and the unreasonable management structure leads to the imbalance of macro management and so on.In view of the deficiency mentioned in the previous article,this paper,combining with the actual situation of Chengdu,suggests improving the market mechanism and improving the policy measures.We will increase financial support and adopt classified financing methods.Actively promote the transformation of government functions and roles,and provide various methods and suggestions for optimization.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the positive interaction between private training school and government,and to contribute to the health development of the non-education education.
