Study On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Self-employment Of Undergraduate Students In The Endency “Internet +”

With the popularization of higher education,a number of undergraduate colleges and universities have been transformed into applied colleges and universities and more and more applied undergraduate students poured into the labour market.Because of the lack of jobs,a great number of graduates have been put unprecedented pressure on the job market.The applied undergraduate students carry out the "Internet +" self-employment under the call of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" in our country,the support of local governments and the background of highly developed Internet technology.It can not only accomplish the employment pressure after graduation and realize the self-worth of college students,but also provide more jobs for the society to achieve a win-win result.This study identifies the object of the research as Tangshan university--the applied undergraduate college.Through the consult,analysis and summary of foreign literature and domestic literature,we will find out the inadequacies of the research.We collect reliable and authentic data and materials through the questionnaire survey of “Internet +” self-employment of students from 45 majors of Tangshan university and individual interviews with relevant students of the school.Using the combination of literature analysis and empirical research to find out the advantages and problems which happens in the "Internet +" entrepreneurship among students in applied undergraduate colleges.Supported by the informal employment theory and labor supply and demand theory,we have done an analysis of the.problem.and.why those problems exist in self-employed undergraduate students from the aspects of individual,college,family teams and capital of entrepreneur as well as the policy of nation and internate environment.We have studied in some above aspects to analyze why the problems exsit.Besides,we also have efforts in greater publicity of that policy: more completed laws and regulations,more powerful supervision in cyber security as well as a more harmonious cyber environment.What's more,governments at all levels offer financial help and solutions to the self-employed undergraduate students.Through social aspects,the positive social propaganda of various forms of applied undergraduate students' "Internet +" self-employment enables the community to accept and support the students' entrepreneurship,and all walks of life in the society also provide funds,training venues,and experience.Teaching and other forms of research for the development of a harmonious environment for students in school;the family respects the independent spirit of the child and changes the long-term achievement as the sole criterion for assessing the child's strengths and weaknesses.Mainly to cooperate with the school in traditional classroom teaching,as a supplement to parents that try to foster children's hand-on ability,practical ability,and creative spirit,which prepare “internet+” entrepreneurship for the students.They should respect the self-employment of undergraduate students in the tendency “internet+”.They should take guidance and support and do the strongest backing of children's “internet+” entrepreneurial.In terms of school,"Internet +" entrepreneurship education should start from childhood,forming a complete system from primary school to university.We should arrange activities like social practice for students by school-enterprise cooperation,thus improve their practical ability.The school aimed at serving students well and curriculum revolution,helping students improve the entrepreneurial ability of “Internet+”,and strengthen the teacher's construction.Besides,it also can help students solve the venture capital problem,team construction and the conflict between study time and start-up time.On the personal side,students need to improve their comprehensive quality which based on knowledge and psychological accomplishment.They should pay attention to entrepreneurship policy,seek entrepreneurial opportunities and gain help.The purpose of countermeasure study is to improve the success rate of self-employment for application-oriented students in studying “Internet +”,solve the problems of student's employment,provide more jobs and make contribution to social harmony and stability in some degree.
