the first time clearly put forward the improvement of employment quality as an important goal of the Chinese government.According to the data,China's employment pattern in 2017 was generally stable and continued to develop well.The main performance is:(1)the scale of employment continues to expand,and the number of new urban jobs continues to grow.The number of jobs added in the first two quarters of 2017 was the highest on record for the same period.(2)unemployment remains low.The urban unemployment survey for the first nine months of 2017 remained low,the lowest since 2012.(3)the
