The development of campus football has become a national strategic deployment,and the teacher level is the key factor to realize the fast and sustainable development of campus football.In this paper,fujian normal university,east China normal university and Beijing normal university,zhuhai campus 3 universities undertake the national youth campus football sports backbone teachers of national special training(hereinafter referred to as special training)as investigation object,USES the literature material method,logic analysis and expert interview method,questionnaire survey,draw lessons from his assessment and queen male,HuangFuQian "countries culture plan" multidimensional monitor project performance evaluation index system.At the individual level and organizational level as the starting point and foothold of performance considerations,around at the beginning of the special training,the training process and training over three key time dimension,based on the training organizer,instructor team,sending its teaching training objects,and colleague,participant of fujian province national youth campus football sports backbone teachers to study the special training performance,namely the training standard research.Conclusion:first,the special training presents a good situation and the effect is obvious;Second,special training professional development guiding role,the campus football connotation urgently needs to strengthen;Third,the selection mechanism of special training needs to be improved,and there is no post-work investigation;Fourth,special training lacks scientific and effective assessment criteria,and lacks the elimination mechanism;Fifth,the special training results are insufficiently internalized,the demonstration leading role is not strong,the training results need to be popularized;Sixth,the special training and teaching class is scientific and reasonable.Suggestion:one is to summarize in time,find problems,improve top-level design,and continuously promote special training;Second,strengthen outstanding professional development orientation,accurately grasp the campus football connotation;Third,we will improve the selection mechanism for special training and standardize the research mechanism;Fourth,the establishment of scientific and effective special training assessment system and elimination of exit mechanism;Fifth,the results of internalized training,play a leading role and share special training dividends;Sixth,the special training classroom setting should follow the scientific and reasonable principle.
