The country pays more and more attention to the development of football,and regards the construction and development of campus football as the key content of the development of national sports.At present,the development of campus football in Hunan Province is also changing with each passing day.If campus football in Hunan Province wants to develop and grow,it must rely on a large-scale,high-quality,and strong team of excellent campus football teachers.Under the new development situation,new and higher-level requirements and goals are put forward for the construction and development of campus football teachers in Hunan Province.The improvement of the scale and quality of campus football teachers must rely on the important way of special training for campus football teachers.This article adopts research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,etc.,takes Hunan special campus football teacher training as the research object,takes the participating teachers as the main survey object,and takes the relevant experts,lecturers and relevant departments participating in the training in charge People as interview subjects.The article investigates and analyzes the status quo of training,the main problems in training,etc.,and then puts forward a series of development strategies to improve training models and training systems.Through investigation and analysis,the following problems exist in the special training of campus football teachers in Hunan Province:1.The lack of specific training goals in the special training of campus football teachers in Hunan Province,and the lack of guidance and guidance for the students in the training and learning.2.During the training,the content of the training course covers a wide range,involving many aspects of football knowledge and skills.The content of the training course lacks pertinence and lacks the depth of learning.3.Most of the training uses traditional teaching methods,such as teaching methods,learning and practicing methods,etc.The training methods lack a certain degree of innovation and flexibility.4.The training process management system is not perfect.Although the training institutions and units have adopted a series of measures during the training process,there are no detailed and specific requirements and goals for training attendance,course management,homework correction,etc.5.The training quality monitoring system is not perfect.During the training process,there was a lack of supervision of the organization,a lack of follow-up after the training,a lack of further communication and guidance after the training,and an incomplete evaluation and feedback system after the training.6.The appraisal system is not perfect.When conducting campus football training in Hunan Province,different training classes have a single design for training and assessment methods,and the assessment methods lack pertinence and level.This article proposes a series of development countermeasures to solve the above problems:1.Improve the system construction of campus football teacher training in Hunan Province.Establish a system for selecting and assigning teaching experts;improve the system construction of campus football teacher training in Hunan Province;enrich training forms and build diversified training models;improve the continuing education system to enhance the continuity of training.2.Improve classified and layered training in training,refined classification and layering,and set up a targeted training course system and training system.3.Make full use of Internet technology to establish a campus football information management platform.Create a high-quality and sophisticated curriculum database;establish a Hunan campus football school and teacher database,and establish a training management system.4.Update training ideas and create an excellent team of training and teaching teachers.Change the design concept of training projects and set up a more refined curriculum system;strengthen the construction of a team of campus football teacher training experts.5.Strengthen the establishment of open and inclusive management ideas and create a good training atmosphere.Strengthen training management,scientifically guide training;regional joint joint training,make full use of local university resources;strengthen quality monitoring in training,and optimize training process management.
