In order to embark on the path of sustainable and healthy development for campus football characteristic schools,since 2015,the Ministry of Education has held a national-level special training class on the construction of campus football characteristic school teachers for four consecutive years,cultivating a large number of professional talents.Teacher training is not only important for the construction and development of characteristic schools,but also has an important impact on the adjustment and improvement of training.Using the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,the current status and satisfaction survey of the implementation of the national special training for teachers of the Hubei Provincial Campus Football Special School,through the training of students from the perspective of implementation and satisfaction Carry out research and analysis,discuss the problems and deficiencies of teacher training,and give effective suggestions for the next stage of training.research shows:(1)Learned from the basic situation of the trainees: about 50% of the undergraduate degree,and about 3.6% of the graduate students;about 40.8% of the senior and above titles;about 11 years of teaching experience and above 91.5%;during the teaching period,about86.8% of the teachers have published academic articles.According to the results of academic background,professional title,teaching age,scientific research,etc.,it can reflect that the overall level of teachers participating in the training is relatively high.However,from the perspective of gender ratio,the imbalance between men and women is serious.Men are about5 times the number of women.From the perspective of the number of school football teachers,more than 50% of the teachers cannot meet the football activities,and the teachers are scarce.(2)Learned from the current status of teacher training implementation: Participants generally believe that the four-day training duration is not reasonable enough,and the most suitable is about 6-9 days;some students mainly teach the physical training experience and implementation plan design.Not very satisfied;students take part in training to learn more actively than passively;most schools support attitudes to participate in training,only 0.4%feel indifferent;some students have greater demand for training content such as the construction of characteristic school development models and school-based curriculum construction.(3)The satisfaction of teacher training is learned: the average satisfaction of the trainees on the six dimensions of organizational management,training programs,course content,teaching experts,assessment content and self-improvement are: 3.63 points,3.54 points,3.72 points,3.70 points,3.61 points,3.59 points.Among them,the lowest score is the training item dimension,with a score of 3.54 points,and the highest score is the course content dimension,with a score of 3.72 points.(4)The main problems are: the structure of the trainees is not perfect,the proportion is severely imbalanced;the training programs are incomplete,and the facilities are inadequate;the training duration is unreasonable,and the arrangements are too compact;the content of the lectures does not match,the needs are difficult to meet;the learning motivation is not strong,and the learning low efficiency.Suggestions: Improve the structure of trainees and promote proportional coordination;optimize training programs and improve the facilities;arrange the length of the training and adjust the training schedule;enrich the learning content to meet the needs of teaching;stimulate learning motivation and enhance learning efficiency.
