On The Curriculum Development And Practice Of Logistics Specialty Based On The Working Process

With the rapid deve.lopment of China’s logistics industry,the enterprise demand for logistics talents is increasing,requires a higher vocational school,how to make the logistics specialty talents to meet the needs of enterprises becomes the focus of our thinking.By interviewing a number of high-level leaders in logistics enterprises,Survey’shows that the students in vocational schools logistics specialty training are unable to meet the requirements of enterprises,which leads to existence of logistics specialty of vocational education curriculum problems.In order to solve the problem of curriculum reform,to respond to national curriculum in vocational schools,to explore a curriculum development plan for the school logistics specialty of vocational education,training for enterprise and society for the senior logistics personnel,more than a series of reasons leads to the new curriculum development model,research on the development of logistics professional course work based on process.Based on the German mainstream education thought,the use of "curriculum development based on working process" concept,expounds the theoretical basis and the working process based curriculum development,based on the logistics specialty in Jimei Xiamen Vocational Technology School,from job analysis,guidelines and objectives,curriculum system construction and warehouse operation cases.Finally,this paper summarizes and puts forward suggestions to improve the curriculum development based on the working process,which has a strong reference significance for the curriculum development of logistics in secondary vocational schools.
