Nowadays,China's economy is booming and developing,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and all walks of life are more and more eager for middle and high-level skilled talents.However,at this stage,the gap of skilled talents in all parts of China is very large,which has aroused extensive attention and concern of the government,society and major enterprises.Higher vocational colleges are shouldering the important task of training middle and high level skilled talents in our country,and put forward more stringent requirements for the comprehensive quality and teaching level of educators.Nowadays,the major vocational colleges in China have clearly recognized the importance of human resources management,deepened the reform of personnel management,and implemented teacher performance management,which has achieved initial results.At the same time,there are still many shortcomings and problems.This paper synthesizes the domestic and foreign research on teacher performance management in Higher Vocational colleges,and explores the status quo of teacher performance management in BT higher vocational colleges.In interviews and questionnaires,it finds out the problems in teacher performance management in BT higher vocational colleges,and further explores the reasons.Through the construction of performance management system in BT higher vocational colleges,the following conclusions are drawn: in the formulation of performance plans for teachers in BT higher vocational colleges,there is no participation of educators,which can not reflect the democratization of the content of performance plans;teacher performance management is equivalent to performance appraisal,there are many unreasonable aspects of performance appraisal;teacher performance appraisal index system is not scientific and reasonable,different.Vocational teacher evaluation criteria are not rigorous and relatively single;the results of teachers' performance evaluation have not reached the expected effect;the application of teacher evaluation results has great defects,and the incentive effect is not good.According to the actual situation of BT higher vocational colleges,we should constantly improve the whole process of performance implementation,performance feedback,teacher performance planning and the application of performance results,improve the teacher performance management system,so as to achieve the scientific goal of teacher performance management,and further promote the rapid development of the school.In the process of promoting teachers performance management,college leaders must attach importance to teachers' performance management,constantly improve management skills and pay more attention to teacher performance management.In daily work,they should pay more attention to communication with front-line teachers so as to understand more about the difficulties encountered in their work.In addition,when the work encounters bottlenecks,they should treat them calmly.Establish a sound supervision mechanism to better manage and control the performance management of teachers in BT vocational colleges;many aspects of teacher performance management need good communication with teachers;BT Vocational College teacher performance appraisal should not only focus on the final assessment,but should focus on the assessment in the whole implementation process;at the same time,provide the entrance to appeal for the results of teacher performance appraisal.
