The transformation of national economy and the change of social demand have posed new challenges to the traditional higher education model.At the same time,higher vocational education has a more special position and role in the whole reform of university education,which makes it more close to the demand of technology and practicability of social economy in this process.Therefore,the management of teachers' human resources has become an important way for the development of high efficiency practice in higher vocational colleges.As one of the important contents of modern human resource management,performance management has been used and developed for a long time.The practice of teacher performance Management in University Education has been in the West Fang is mature and has been used in colleges and universities for many years.However,although the performance management of teachers in many colleges and universities in our country has been carried out in an all-round way,it can not go deep into the daily work and the effect is not satisfactory.It is found that the shortcomings of the current performance management of teachers in higher vocational education lie in the lack of a full and correct understanding of the performance management by both the managers and the assessed.As a result,the daily performance management can not connect with the macro-development planning of the school,and can not combine with the daily work concept and ideological state of the faculty.In performance management systems,performance appraisal indicators,appraisal cycles,results publication and application,information communication and results There is room for improvement in feedback and so on.Individual case studies reflect common problems existing in performance management of university teachers.These basic research work will accumulate necessary theoretical foundation for performance management practice reform in universities.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,discusses the background and significance of the subject,combs the domestic and international situation of the research,andexpounds the research methods and innovation points of the thesis.The second part defines the concept of performance and performance management as the breakthrough point,analyzes the principles and methods of performance appraisal,explains the performance management of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and expounds the relevant theory of performance management.It lays a theoretical foundation for the research of teachers' performance management in higher vocational colleges.The third part summarizes the teachers' performance management and its influence in higher vocational colleges,and further expounds the strategic significance of improving the performance management of higher vocational colleges for the national development and their own efficient development.The fourth part takes Linyi Vocational College as an example,through the careful investigation and analysis of the current situation of teacher performance management,discusses the shortcomings of teacher performance management in higher vocational colleges,and points out the direction for improving and perfecting the performance management system.The fifth part focuses on the unclear division between performance management and performance appraisal,the incomplete organization configuration of performance management,the performance appraisal system is not perfect,and the results of performance appraisal are not scientifically analyzed.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of teachers in higher vocational colleges from the five aspects of effective communication and encouragement with teachers,and deeply analyzes the causes.The sixth part puts forward the strategies and concrete measures to improve the performance management of teachers in higher vocational colleges.This paper explores a new approach to teachers' performance management in higher vocational colleges from the following aspects: defining strategic objectives,improving staff performance awareness,scientifically designing evaluation index system,scientifically designing performance communication performance feedback system,perfecting performance system,etc.Through the full text analysis and discussion,the author hopes to fully understand the problems faced by teachers' performance management in higher vocational colleges.Through the application of system management theory,management control theory and other relevant theories,combined with the actual situation of Linyi Vocational College,this paper analyzes the root causes of the problems of teachers' performance management in higher vocational colleges,and studies specific improvement measures and performance management schemes.To solve the difficulties faced by teachers' performance management in higher vocational colleges and better promote the development of higher vocational education.
