In 2014,the State Council has issued the Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education,pointed out that vocational education should be "employment-oriented".At present,there are many problems on the students of secondary vocational school,such as incorrect learning attitude,ambiguous goals,bad learning habits and so on.By consulting the existing literature,it has been found that there was little research on the relationship between learning subjectivity,learning execution and career orientation of secondary vocational students.Therefore,it has been mainly researched by means of questionnaires as a breakthrough point that the relationship among learning subjectivity,learning execution and career orientation of secondary vocational students.This paper had investigated the status quo of students' learning subjectivity,learning execution ability and career orientation in S secondary vocational school by ZTX Scale,Learning Execution Power Scale and Career Orientation Scale.The three factors of gender,family residence,grade and whether the only child were studied,and the similarities and differences of learning subjectivity and learning execution between high and low groups of vocational orientation were compared.And the correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to further study the relationship between learning subjectivity,learning execution and career orientation.The results had showed that the students in S secondary vocational school performed generally in this three aspects of learning subjectivity,learning execution and career orientation,and the differences could be ignored.Boys who come from third-grade,only-child family,in towns and suburbs performed relatively well.The higher group of career orientation has better self-awareness,independence and learning execution than the lower one,and the difference is significant.It showed that vocational orientation may affect the learning consciousness,independence and execution ability of secondary vocational school students to a certain extent.Through correlation analysis,it is concluded that career orientation was not related to learning subjectivity,but positively related to learning execution.Finally,according to the survey results,some suggestions were put forward on how to improve students' learning subjectivity and executive ability,and how to promote the coordinated development of learning subjectivity,learning executive ability and career orientation.Students' learning subjectivity and execution can be improved in an all-round way only by the society,schools,families and students themselves work together.In addition,in order to enhance the clarity of students' career orientation,schools should actively carry out occupational planning courses and to achieve the deep integration of schools and enterprises,and finally the execution of learning will be improved.
