| At the moment,China is transforming from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country.The high-quality skilled labor resource is the most important impetus of the evolvement of China.Thegraduates from vocational senior school as an important skilled labor resource during the progress of the manufacturing industry directly influences the degree and level of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.At present,reinforce the guidance of the graduates‘ professional life,make them aware that skilled labor resource has a pivotal effect in the social development,build endogenous progress motivation for students,so that they can actively grow into front-line technical and technical personnel.And it is of great importance to improve the quantity and quality of the supply of technical talents in China.The career planning of students of vocational senior school depends on their internal value orientation.Guiding and shaping their value orientation through school education and teacher training is the basis for them to transform into high-level technical talents.Therefore,the theoretical and practical research on the value orientation in the career planning of vocational senior school graduates will help us to grasp this issue in depth,and will also help secondary vocational school teachers to reasonably guide and cultivate students to establish a correct career planning value orientation.This paper defines the core concepts just like values and value orientation,summarizes the former research results and disadvantages which related to vocational value orientationandstudents’ vocational value orientation by collecting and researching literature review and theoretical research.What’s more,based on the former analysis,it also proposes the relevant issues of students’ vocational value orientation research.It explores the vocational value orientation of Vocational senior school students by using the mature vocational value orientation measurement ways.Basing on the gender,grade,students,career planning course,family income,father’s work condition,analysing different groups of vocational senior school students professional value orientation of the whole situation,the existence of the differences between each other and the problems,and summarize the research results are and found that different gender,household income,grade,career planning course learning,students,father’s professional background students more differences in the aspect of professional value orientation.Based on the analysis results,from the perspective of school education,family education,students themselves and the whole society,this paper proposes some suggestions and measures to improve the vocational value orientation of secondary vocational students.That is,the school should scientifically set up the curriculum system,carry out targeted education and improve the professional teaching staff.The family should have a smooth communication channel with the school,communicate with their children more,and strive to create a good family atmosphere.The propaganda of mainstream culture should be strengthened to promote the social status of secondary vocational education.On the personal side,we should consciously carry out the self-cultivation of vocational value orientation,deepen the understanding of our own situation,clarify our personal advantages and disadvantages,and clarify the direction of pursuing vocational value,so as to set up lofty ideals and beliefs. |
